“L'hotel per struttura e camere sarebbe stato un 4 stelle, anche se con arredi un po' datati. Purtroppo la gestione è stata molto carente. Il personale scortese, la pulizia molto superficiale, il servizio carente, basti dire che tutti i giorni non hanno lasciato il secondo set di asciugamani ed abbiamo dovuto chiederlo più volte alla reception. Infine, molto infelice la posizione, lontana dal centro ed isolata. Da non tornare.”

“Hotel costituito da due elementi, il castello vero e proprio dove si trovano i servizi principali (ristorante, sauna, sale di lettura, Meeting rooms...) le stanze doppie e le suite, e la dependance ove si trovava la nostra family room. La stanza era molto ampia con tutti i servizi necessari, pulita e tranquilla. Per cena alla reception ci hanno consigliato il ristorante “Alte Burg” all’interno del borgo antico!!! Da provare”
