“Staff was rude. Suprised me with a deposit on the room that your company didn’t advise me of when I booked through you guys. Their debit machines were not working. It’s was horrible. I will probably not use Expedia again after this experience ”

“The room and the areas around the room were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted a taxi, and one was called for me. Restaurants were close by.”

“Nice hotel parking in the winter is not great. Breakfast was good coffe was excellent.”

“The room was ok. I had children with me so the pool with the slide was perfect. The restaurants attached had a good assortment. I was there for 5 days and my room was never made up or restocked. I requested more coffee from the front desk and it was delivered. They told me room make up is by request. ”

“Loved having access from parking lot to room. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Kitchen amenities were perfect for working away from home, could make food myself instead of being stuck ordering food/eating out. Check in/out was easy and simple. Staff helpful. Will stay again!”
