• Master Bedroom: double bed
• Second Bedroom: 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed (3 single beds in total)
• Living Area: sofa, cable TV, dining table, heating, WiFi (charges apply)
• Kitchenette: gas stove, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster
• Bathroom: shower + separate toilet
• Terrace: half-covered, furnished + 2 deckchairs

• Food & Drink: You can enjoy local specialities like crêpes and galettes at Crêperie Les Sonneurs.
• Outdoor Activities: Take full advantage of the beautiful play area for the youngest with the possibility of running, playing ball or enjoying some outdoor games dedicated to them, but is also a beautiful environment for angling enthusiasts or simply for lovers of calm and nature for beautiful digestive walks.
• Places to See: Visit the unique Valley of the Saints - a historical site, land of legends and incredible monumental sculptures. Plan a day trip to Quimper and stroll through its picturesque old town.

• Please note that under French law, camping accommodations for work-related travel cannot exceed two people.
• Unaccompanied minors without one of the holders of parental authority cannot be accepted.
• Only individual bookings are accepted. Group reservations, defined as 2 or more accommodations or 12+ people travelling together for the same reason and on the same dates, are not allowed and will be cancelled without compensation. Please contact us directly if you need a group booking.
• Parking: 1 free outdoor parking in front of your unit (1 max)
• Pets: not allowed
• WiFi: €5 for 6 hours or €15/week
• End-of-stay cleaning: €90
• Bed linens: €13/double bed // €10/single bed (reserved prior to arrival)
• Bath linens: €8/ person (upon reservation and subject to availability)
• Baby kit (cot, high chair, baby bath): €35/week (reserved prior to arrival)
• Wellness area: timetables and prices on-site (by appointment only)
• Water park: open all season, from 10 am to 7 pm (details specified upon booking)
• Kids Club: 6 to 12 y/o. Open from 10:30 am to 12 pm during spring & summer holidays
• Teen Club: 13 to 18 y/o. Open 5/7, from 2:30 to 5:30 in July/August
• A small daily tourist tax will be collected upon arrival (amount subject to change)
• Damage deposit: €400. The deposit is released within 10 days of your departure provided there is no damage, missing items/or additional cleaning required.
