Lanesborough is a quiet, rural community. There are horses next door, visible from the home.

Guests have private access to the entire home, gardens, and property.

The home is a contemporary construction, completed in 2019. The open-plan living space features a cozy living room adorned with a gas fireplace, perfect for guests to unwind and relax. The kitchen is a chef's dream, outfitted with a Nespresso machine, fondue pot, Dutch oven, cocktail bar cart, outdoor grill, and outdoor pizza oven.

A dedicated full laundry room on the main floor awaits, complete with a washer and dryer available for guest convenience.

The first-floor primary bedroom boasts a luxurious King bed, an en-suite bathroom adorned with a soaking tub, double vanities, and a separate walk-in shower. Double doors open to the side patio, offering access to the hot tub, stunning mountain views, and lush gardens.

Additionally, a convenient half bathroom is situated just outside the primary bedroom.

Having a car will greatly enhance your ability to explore the Berkshires effectively. Winter guests will need 4wd/Awd to access the property, but not studded snow tires. The driveway is long and rather steep.

⭐️ PETS: Dogs may be allowed with prior owner approval. Please provide details about your pet before booking. A $100 pet fee applies if approved. No multiple pets allowed.

⭐️ POOL: Open seasonally May through October, with exact dates determined by weather.
• June 1–Labor Day: Heated to 82°F at no additional cost. Guests may request a higher temperature for an extra fee—please contact us in advance.
• May & after Labor Day: Pool heating may be available for $150/day, but not guaranteed. Pool heating ends after October 1. Advance notice is required.
• Safety: Two kitchen doors lead to the backyard pool. Doors have alarms, and the pool area is fenced, but guests must monitor children at all times.

⭐️ POND & WALKING: The pond/pavilion area is a 7–10 minute walk from the home.

⭐️ EVENTS: Small events may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis with prior owner approval. Additional fees and appropriate permits for vendors may apply.
