“Buona posizione, comodo a ristoranti nota deludente la colazione chiude sempre prima dell' orario previsto e le pulizie delle camere vanno sempre richieste ”

“I had a handicapped room as I use a wheelchair. Room was roomy and allowed easy access in and out the doorway. The bathroom access was easy but the low height toilet was a challenge; whoever designed the bathroom obviously never had to utilize a wheelchair or walker. Also a walk-in shower would be most helpful.”

“There is no gift store. The breakfast was all cold items Except for the do it yourself waffle grill.”

“Unfortunately, a big part of the reason we wanted the hotel was the pool. It was on and jets were moving but it was closed. We went for breakfast, and unfortunately everything was either unavailable or they couldn’t modify (make something without honey) so we walked to Starbucks. There were such loud noises all night and I was not happy with the experience.”

“Hank at front desk was very rude. I hadn’t had such an encounter in my life. I left in tears that a man could be so disrespectful. I would never go back.”

“We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room.”

“I was very impressed by the service and quality of my experience at this hotel. I travel 120 days a year. First time here, lots of charm and character. Very well attended by staff.”

“The sliding door did not work, the sink next to the bathroom drain super slow,the toilet in the extra bathroom does not flush right.”

“This is our third time staying here for Villanova events. The staff climate has definitely changed. Front desk staff is not friendly. Night staff is terrible. No eye contact. No addressing people as they walk in. We were surprised by the lack of interest they showed.”

“The room smelled of mildew and mold with a bleach coverup. We got a refund on the room.”
