“We arrived at the properly late night. Michel was available for us and answered our questions right away. It’s perfectly located, close to Iowa and Minnesota. We drove to Brownsville MN to eat at a marina, the easy to go to La Crosse to have some great ice scream and walk by the river, and drove back to the Iowa side to have a beer in a local bar. It was clean, had everything we needed (fully stocked necessities for kitchen), the host had great communication and cared about us having a great experience, the property was private with tree cover from the other properties near by, had a great hot tub, and was over all just an amazing place to stay! Would definitely stay here again!”

“We recently had a weekend getaway to this location. The property manager was very precise with our expectations and everything was as Advertised. The rustic feel was amazing. We spent much of our time in the hot tub, as it was winter with snow on the ground. We were just about 30 minutes away from Priarie Du Chein and Harper's Ferry and went to the winery. “Amazing place with remote (but not too remote) small town location. Much larger than the photos do justice for. There are three separate bedrooms (I think only one showed in the photos) as well as a pull out sofa. Everyone had plenty of space. Great time!”

“Really enjoyed this cabin. Well equipped, cozy and beautiful. Stairs are steep (not a problem for us but could be a concern for some). Only issue was hot tub wasn't working fully - owner was aware and thought it had been fixed but wasn't.”

“The house was the perfect size for the four of us. (You could easily have 6-8 people.) We loved being able to walk down to the dock and fish. The second night there we caught lots of fish! The only downfall was that there wasn't any seating on the dock. Next time we'll bring our own chairs to take down with us.There is a big patio with a grill and a nice table and chair set to sit at and enjoy the outdoors and even a screened in back patio where we sat and enjoyed supper.
