Hotel vicino a Lantz Arena - Charleston

“The room was not very clean. I questioned whether it had fresh sheets on it or not. There was hair and stuff in the bottom of the tub, and generally, the room was not very clean.Windows had been smudged, the light fixtures were broken.The beds were lumpy other than that.The room was the room period went to breakfast at seven thirty.There was one family in there.There was some hot biscuits, the gravy was old.The sausages there was one in the container.No one maintaining the operation.The coffee...

“The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The owner was quite personable and knowledgeable on the history of the residence. Breakfast was delicious! ”

“I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless, with a deep tub that I took advantage of. The staff was as nice as could be, and knocked at least once a day to see if they could do anything for me. Shops are very nearby, as well as many chain restaurants. Parking is right in front of the hotel.”

“It was a decent place for an over night stay. They only have a Nescafé coffee machine that you have to wait in line for. It wasn’t working right so we should have used the small one in our room. It would make a lot of people happy if they had regular coffee carafes like every other hotel. ”

“The staff was exemplary, the room was mostly clean except behind a corner chair when I was looking for an outlet and behind the toilet where there was a metal cover that was off center on the floor and dirty. The vanity faucet handle was loose or broken and it took a long time to get hot water for the sink. Still we would stay again, I believe those issues will be fixed soon.”
