Casa Providencia è una villa ideale per viaggi di nozze, fughe romantiche e famiglie con bambini piccoli. La piscina e le scale sono recintati per la loro sicurezza. La villa si trova ai margini del tranquillo villaggio di Güime, vicino alle località balneari di Playa Honda e Puerto del Carmen. È una villa molto amata con cura e rinnovata con gusto mantenendo il fascino di una tipica casa delle Canarie. Le magnifiche viste sul mare possono essere godute da qualsiasi parte della fantastica terrazza, sia che vi stiate rilassando sui lettini, nuotando nella piscina deliziosamente calda o rilassandovi nella vasca idromassaggio.

Questa villa è in posizione centrale per esplorare tutte le aree della meravigliosa isola di Lanzarote. Belle spiagge dorate, una serie di ottimi ristoranti e il lussuoso porto turistico di Puerto Calero sono tutti a soli 10-15 minuti di auto.

L'area giardino / piscina contiene una piscina privata di 9m x 4. 5m (30 piedi x 15 piedi), che viene riscaldata tutto l'anno. Questa zona è recintata per la sicurezza dei bambini. Include anche una vasca idromassaggio per 5 -6 persone dove puoi rilassarti, collegarti per ascoltare la musica dal tuo telefono e goderti le fantastiche viste di giorno e le stelle di notte.

I bambini fino a 2 anni sono gratis e viene fornito tutto il necessario; culla con biancheria da letto, seggiolone e passeggino.

Communicative hosts. Villa Providencia is clean and well equipped. Paying extra for Air Con could be expensive in summer. Sadly, various neighbourhood dogs take turns to bark throughout.

An amazing villa with fabulous views. Outside space is plentiful with plenty of sunbeds and various lounging areas. The hot tub is an added bonus although we never used it due to the chilly evenings. Really central area for travelling around the island. The villa itself is amazing, everything is thought out to fulfill all your holiday needs. The secret bathroom is quite hard to find at first but, we found it eventually, nice touch. Thanks to Rossi for dealing with any requests promptly. All in all a really enjoyable Holiday, thanks to Val & Andy for sharing your lovely Villa with us Holiday makers!!.

Great location for us as we know the island well so mid way between The areas we wanted to visit. Spacious and clean. Very well stocked and they left bread, cheese and wine for arrival which was a nice surprise. Some kitchen equipment needs updating but otherwise everything you need for a fantastic stay! Will Book again

We had the pleasure of being guests at Andy and Val's beautiful home in May 2024. The house is very comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. The neighbourhood is absolutely quiet, it takes 5 minutes to get from the airport, all shopping facilities can be reached in no time. The location is perfect for excursions. The highlight is of course the outdoor area with a marvellous pool (30 degrees) and the fantastic whirlpool. We really enjoyed our time here and would like to thank Andy and Val for these great days, which unfortunately went by far too quickly. We absolutely recommend Casa Providencia and would love to come back soon. Bastian and family

Cette villa avec piscine et jacuzzi est exceptionnelle! Elle est très bien située au centre de l’île ce qui permet d’être à bonne distance de tout ! Très propre et idéale à vivre surtout avec des enfants elle offre une vue exceptionnelle ! Si vous devez allez À Lanzarote c’est cette villa qu’il vous faut En plus Valerie est très gentille et nous a envoyé pleins de détails pour notre arrivée tardive et il y a une boîte à clés !

The Villa is extremely comfortable with well thought out seating areas, and stunning views, Sadly we had issues with the promised welcome pack not being left, constant barking neighbours dogs and chemical burns from the hot tub which means we would never return to the Villa which is a shame as the actual villa is by far the best equipped and most comfortable we have rented

Wir waren im April 2022 für eine Woche hier. Fünf Erwachsene. Das Ferienhaus hat alle unsere Erwartungen weit erfüllt. Drei Schlafzimmer. Drei Badezimmer. Davon ein master Badezimmer mit viel Platz Dusche Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet. Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle. Das freigelände ist sehr groß mit einem tollen Ausblick. Der Pool ist beheizt auf angenehme 28Grad. Dazu nebendran der whirlpool. Alles sehr sauber und angenehm. Sehr empfehlenswert

Kurzentschlossen wechselten wir nach 7 Tage unsere Unterkunft. Und es war ein Glücksgriff! Wir verbrachten 10 wundervolle Tage in einem Ferienhaus, dem man die Liebe zum Detail anmerkt! Das Val und Andy selbst oft hier Leben merkt man an der Gemütlichkeit, der hochwertigen Ausstattung und dem Sinn für das Besondere. Wir füllten uns rund um wohl und von Val onlinemässig und Rossi Vorort perfekt betreut. Wir werden bald wieder kommen!

La verdad es que está fantástico. Un poco incómoda la situación, pero cuando entras, ves todo y sales al jardín.... ALUCINANTE. Equipado al máximo. Camas, almohadas, ropa, toallas, colchonetas, menaje, utensilios,... todo perfecto. Lo de la piscina y el jacuzzi no tiene nombre. Unas vistas al mar fabulosas. No han tenido problemas para las fotos del anuncio. No son rebuscadas. Barbacoa de lujo. Un detalle encontrar un poco de todo, hasta especias y alguna cosa de anteriores inquilinos, de los propietarios o por planificacion. Vecindario tranquilo y sin problemas.

La villa est exceptionnelle tout est réuni pour que l'on passe un séjour inoubliable. Bien située pour les visites. Vue superbe sur l'océan, jardin très bien entretenu, piscine chauffée 27 degrés pour les vacances de Noël. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus utilisable à toute heure. Les pièces sont spacieuses, la chambre parentale et la salle de bain attenante sont très spacieuses. Location conforme à la description je recommande 1000 fois cette location. Merci Valérie pour nos 1eres vacances de Noël au soleil ce fut merveilleux.

A gorgeous, spacious, brilliantly stocked villa, ideally located for access to all of Lanzarote, with local ameneties in walking distance and several hypermarches within a short and easy drive. We absolutely loved our stay here, which was truly a home away from home; better even, as it has a heated private pool and hot-tub.. Val could not have been more helpful in answering queries before we arrived and helping me complete the online Spanish health form. Simply wonderful.

We have had a lovely week at this villa in Guime. It is very spacious, comfortable, full of character, in a perfect quiet location (you need a car), and with lovely views. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the hot tub, and at a time when Covid was restricting what we could do and whom we could see, it still felt like a proper holiday to us. We have had a great stay in the property. Everything is exactly as pictured and to a very high standard and extremely clean. The outside space is great and the hot tub a very welcome addition! The house is perfectly set up for young children with really comfy cots provided and the toys for them to play with were much appreciated, especially the car outside! The villa is in a really good location, quiet but close to so many attractions and very handy for the airport without being too close to be disrupted by noise. Any issues we did have were sorted very quickly by Rossi. Thanks again for everything Val!

Within five minutes of arriving we had already decided we’d love to come back. The holiday has been an absolute pleasure - if a little windy at times... the outside area is amazing with so much space. The hot tub is a great addition to the heated pool, as when windy it’s pertfect to relax in the bubbles. A car is required but that means you have peace and quiet. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away or Lidl a 5 min drive. It’s also nice to be so close to the airport as a transfer takes about 15 minutes!

Die Casa Providencia liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Güime, oberhalb vom Flughafen. Man hat von dort einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und Fuerteventura. 😍 Das Haus hat 3 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, 2 davon en suite. Die Klimaanlage muss allerdings mit Euros gefüttert werden, was wir völlig in Ordnung finden. Hilft Strom sparen. 😊 Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit angrenzendem Wirtschaftsraum und ein sehr großes, gemütliches Wohn-Eßzimmer mit herrlichem Panoramafenster. 😍 Ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen ist auch vorhanden. Gewürze, Tabs für den Geschirrspüler, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, alles da. TV, auch mit allen deutschen Programmen, eine WI mit Spielen, DVD Player mit Filmen, Musik-CD‘s, Spiele und Bücher (englischsprachig) Können genutzt werden. Schöne Terrassen, zum Teil überdacht, gute Sitzmöglichkeiten und Holzkohlegrill, Holzkohle, Anzünder vorhanden, sowie eine tolle Pool-Landschaft mit guten Liegen, runden das positive Gesamtbild ab. 😎 Es gibt auch jede Menge Strandspielzeug und Wassertiere für kleine Gäste.😊 Da wir knapp 2 Wochen Aufenthalt hatten, wurden nach 1 Woche die Betten frisch bezogen, die Handtücher gewechselt und Bäder geputzt. 1x pro Woche wurden die Pools kontrolliert.👍 Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ein paar Straßen weiter und sogar Sonntags geöffnet. Ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Schlüsselsafe an der Eingangstür. Den Code bekommt man kurz vorher. Ganz easy. Wir haben uns sehr über das welcome-package mit Brot, Wurst, Käse, Margarine, Wasser und Sekt gefreut. 😊 Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. 😍 Thank you, Val and Andy, it was great!!! We stayed July 4-11, 2019 as a family of four. Absolutely superb. The villa was so clean, so well presented and incredibly well stocked with everything you needed. The welcome pack of water, milk, bread and wine was a lovely touch. The villa had fully stocked presses of kitchen essentials.The bbq had charcoal and lighters and a wonderful shaded bbq eating area. The bedrooms were super - the master bedroom and en-suite were 5* hotel standard. The WiFi was excellent and the tv system brilliant with all Irish and UK channels as well as the suite of Sky channels. The pool is 9m, spotlessly clean set in a really well kept garden. The hot-tub was brilliant, again spotlessly clean. The hosts provided generously sized different sets of towels for in-house and outdoor use. It is a brilliant property, delivering everything that was promised to an exceptional level of quality, efficiency and warmth. The property manager were easily contactable with quick response rates. The entire property surpassed our expectations and have set the bar for future rentals. The location is definitely a car essential property (car rental is very cheap and traffic light) as there are few amenities in the immediate locality (local shop 500m, two tapas bars and a church). Having said that, it is a simple and easy commute to the airport (less than 12 mins) and the zone industrial with excellent very large supermarkets (again approx 15 mins) and a trip to the beach is very easy. If you are looking for a top-quality chill-out location, this is it. The quality of the villa and facilities (pool, hot-tub, loungers, bbq facilitates) means that you can spend full days without leaving the villa and enjoy the sea views, the chilling and good vibes of such an excellent facility and have a wonderful bbq in the evening. It is a five star experience from start to finish and a great place to relax, chill-out, enjoy the sunshine and views. We will definitely be back! D & L, Cork, Ireland.
