“None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square.
