First of all, you said we didn’t speak English. In the fact that we did speak English but because of the barrier of language, and we all used the second language, therefore, we might make some misunderstandings in our conversation. Second, in term of the breakfast, we informed you our restaurant was in construction, that is the reason why we couldn’t able to serve the breakfast. Instead, we suggested you go to another restaurant to have your own breakfast. We agreed to refund the amount of money that is equivalent to the value of the breakfast which is INCLUDED in the room rate NOT in your receipt you gave to us. The amount of money you paid for your own breakfast was over the value of breakfast we could provide.
