Vacanze a Lara

We stayed at this hotel for one week, and it was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the condition of our room. The toilet seat was covered in urine scale and stains, the bed sheets had mold spots on them, and the bathroom was full of mold. The walls, furniture, and surfaces were dirty, and even the chair looked so unhygienic that we did not want to sit on it. As it was already late in the evening, we could not get a new room immediately. We were only given replacement bed sheets, which we had to put on the bed ourselves. The next day, we were moved to another room. At first glance, it looked slightly better, but that did not last long. My husband kept getting bitten during the night and now has more than 30 bites on his body. We initially thought they were mosquito bites until we found a bed bug in the room. When we reported this to the staff, we were told that nothing could be done because the manager was not available. The manager repeatedly assured us that everything would be taken care of, but during our entire stay the only thing that seemed to be cleaned was the floor. The toilet, surfaces, and other areas were never cleaned. We also had to request new blankets almost every evening because the ones provided were stained. The photos speak for themselves and clearly show the condition of this hotel. The bed bug issue alone is unacceptable, and I am still expecting compensation.

This resort is certainly not five star. It is just okay. Upon arriving at the resort on check in day, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked/over booked and even with prior months of a reservation in place. I was informed that I could not be put in the room I reserved because they did not have any

MERTUR HOTEL IS THE BEST I have booked a room for me and my mom at this hotel in Antalya and wow! It has been such a perfect choice because the hotel is super nice, very clean and with a modern design. There are 5 floors and luckily we were on the 5th from which we could see the sea. Our room 504 was very comfortable, clean and very spacious with a cute balcony. WiFi works perfectly and it’s very fast. Very rich breakfast and fresh fruits. It’s close to the city center and with a lot of restaurants/shops nearby. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The men working at the reception were so welcoming with us! Very helpful and always smiling and happy to have you in their hotel. They let go in the room even before the actual check-in time so very very kind. For any question you could ask them and they will help you as much as they can!!! It was sad leaving. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE THIS METUR HOTEL!!!!
