Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. “Great location with everything close by. We got groceries on the way in and then parked the car and did not need to drive at all for three days. The beach is right across the street and the water was crystal clear. The restaurant next door is great, though our unit did back up to the parking lot, which was loud at times from deliveries and trash trucks. The pool was nice too. ”
