“First off, the front desk is AMAZING! Literally AMAZING! We had a 2 day stay in the largest townhouse room. Housekeeping never came once. We ran out of toilet paper and towels. No beds were ever made. Garbage was never changed. No fresh towels given. The room needed a serious cleaning. Cupboard doors are falling off the hinges. The toilets needed a wipe down. So did the vanity and sinks. It’s mostly just old and not maintained really. We had a family of 4. They give you 2 pool passes for...

“No gym, no jacuzzi, and if you don't buy the passes to the water park, then also no pool. You must keep your shoes on in the rooms. Take them off one minute and you have completely black feet. Very dirty! You have to constantly go to the main office which you need to walk to for every little thing.”

“The cottage was well stocked with a snack basket and a super dog basket. The kitchen was stocked with all needed essentials and the parking also worked out well.”

“There was no staff due to it being brand new! The owner Jeff was great and very polite and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and valued! It was very quiet and comfortable for my family. Only about a two block walk to the beach but being in the bay was beautiful to wake up to! ”

Booked with Expedia but had a problem at check in so while Expedia was trying to fix problem for 2 hrs I was told I wasn't allowed to wait in the lobby and was escorted out because the man did t want me to charge my phone in the lobby while I waited to Expedia to fix the problem. So rude”

“Pessimo. Le stanze sono ampie ma non c'è neanche un armadio ed il resto dell'arredamento è vecchio e orribile. La "colazione continentale" è composta da caffè, succo d'arancia e muffing gelati, e alle 9 viene ritirato tutto. Decisamente da evitare!”
