You’ll love its location, just 50 metres from the beaches and 500 metres from the nearest seaside restaurant, as well as its south-facing aspect, which means you’ll enjoy sunshine all day long.
You’ll enjoy the fully equipped terrace and the large communal garden.
The village of Larmor-Plage is a 10-minute walk away.
This 65 m² flat can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises:
- Living room with a large sofa, coffee table, bookcase and dining table.
- Fitted and equipped kitchen, including a fridge, oven, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine…
- Bedroom 1 with a 160cm bed and storage.
- Bedroom 2 with two 140cm bunk beds and storage.
- Shower room with washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

- 15m² terraces with garden furniture and a parasol.
