Nearby attractions include the Port of Kernével, located opposite the Port Louis citadel, and the Kerguelen Ocean Park, a remarkable site encompassing 82 hectares of flora and fauna, with its nautical center offering water sports for children and adults. This ground-floor apartment has its own private entrance.
