Only 300 meters from the beach of Toulhars and the city center of Larmor-Plage, enjoy a pleasant holiday home ideal for a stay with family or friends.

We have just prepared this pretty holiday home.
You will be the first tenants.
It benefits from a recent extension with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an intimate workspace. Above the living room. you will have access to 2 bedrooms (the one with the cathedral roof and the small bedroom with an office) on the hallway, access to the bathroom and toilet for these 2 bedrooms renovated in May 2026.
The design of the house allows you to receive several families and above all to have a little privacy for each of them.
The living room is very cocooning, the outside invites you to relax. As for the other 2 bedrooms in the extension. The 1st is on the first floor with private bathroom and plenty of storage. The second bedroom (2 beds of 90) is located upstairs with a very bright hallway and many cupboards. On the same level a bathroom with toilet. Right next to it is a very quiet and storage room and very bright.

You will find on arrival a kit to make you a coffee.

At your disposal, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
the cleaning fee for short stays (maximum 4 nights) is 130 euros. Beyond 4 nights, it increases to 150 euros.
All your beds will be clean and ready with towels.
We can offer you optional beach towels (if interested, please let us know before your arrival, the weekly price is 5 euros)
You will be seduced by the seaside resort of LARMOR which is close to the islands of Groix and Belle île. The Glénans archipelago is accessible from Concarneau. The Gulf of Morbihan offers you beautiful walks. In short, you won't see the time passed. The beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are all very close to your sweet home.
