This coastal 2BR apartment features one comfortable double bedroom and one twin bedroom, making it a versatile choice for couples, families, and friends travelling together. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished for a restful and comfortable stay, with ample wardrobe space ideal for both short breaks and longer stays.



Bathroom



A full modern bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet provides everything you need to refresh and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the island.



Living Area



The bright and welcoming open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining space, and lounge into a comfortable setting for relaxing and spending time together. Your check-in details will be unlocked once verification is complete, with your access code released a few hours before arrival, ensuring a seamless and secure check-in experience.

Set on a quiet road, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the seafront and around 10 minutes from the popular Kastella Beach and its lively promenade, with a great selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, and local amenities close by.



From here, you can enjoy a leisurely 20–25 minute stroll along the coast towards Mackenzie Beach, famous for its beach bars, sunbeds, and waterfront dining, or head towards Finikoudes and Larnaca city centre for its vibrant seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Along the way, discover some of Larnaca’s historic highlights, including the Medieval Castle and the iconic Church of Saint Lazarus.



Larnaca International Airport is just a 10-minute drive away, making the apartment incredibly convenient for arrivals and departures. With easy access to public transport and major roads, it also makes a great base for exploring more of Cyprus, including Ayia Napa, Protaras, and Limassol.

Public transport is easily accessible from the area, with local bus routes connecting you to Larnaca city centre, the beach areas, and the airport. It’s a convenient and affordable option for exploring Larnaca and getting around without a car.



For more flexibility, taxis are readily available and car hire is a great option for exploring further afield, including Ayia Napa, Protaras, and Limassol. A private parking space is also available for guests travelling with a car.

Other Things to Note:

Electricity usage



The apartment operates on a key card electricity system. Please ensure the key card is inserted upon arrival, as no electricity will be active without it. We kindly ask that you only use electricity when you are inside the apartment.



Parking



Once you have reached the building, go around to the left-hand side of the building. You will find the designated car parking area there. Your private space is on your first right as you drive down the side of the building



Self-Catering & Starter Kit



The property is offered as self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay at your own pace. To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with the essentials for your arrival, including toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods where applicable, a bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo and basic cleaning essentials. The starter kit is intended to get you settled in at the beginning of your stay. Please note that edible cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil and other food items are not provided. Consumable items are also not replenished throughout your stay. There are supermarkets, shops, bakeries and other amenities nearby where you can easily purchase anything else you may need.



Cleanliness Standards



Our professional team ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Freshly laundered and professionally ironed bed linen and towels are provided, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming space from the moment you arrive.



Travelling with Little Ones



Children under 2 stay free of charge. A travel cot is available for €20 per stay and includes a fitted bottom sheet and towel. A highchair can also be provided for €10 per stay. Please request these in advance so we can have them prepared for your arrival.



Need Flexibility?



Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through your guest portal for an additional fee, subject to availability.



Verification & Check-In



For security and compliance purposes, all guests are required to upload a valid ID and sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to your personal guest portal, where you can complete the required verification. Once the verification process has been completed, your check-in details will be released. For security purposes, the property's access code will only be provided one hour before your scheduled check-in time.
