“Il check in è stato veloce e il personale alla reception gentilissimo. Ci ha dato anche degli utili suggerimenti per il nostro viaggio. La camera era pulita ma piuttosto datata e secondo me si potrebbe migliorare, così come la colazione che non è molto varia.”

“Parking was easy and secure”

“Room was clean. We got a parking spot, lot was pretty full. Breakfast with piano accompaniment was amazing. Service was excellent. Someone had unplugged wifi hub in our room. Took a while to figure out why it didn't work. ”

“The turndown service was excellent. The rooms were spotless amazing Wi-Fi. We streamed and use our Xbox.”

“Among the best values in Bellingham. Convenient to WWU, clean, comfortable, nice folks. Breakfast better than average for the tier of lodging. Anything cheaper in Bellingham is a major step down in quality; anything fancier is about $50 more expensive. ”

“Room is clean and feels safe. However, you can hear the train passing in the night at least from the front facing rooms. I suppose that’s why they supply ear plugs. Overall it’s decent. ”

“The heat could not be adjusted but because of the large gap in the front door enough cool airflow came in. The toilet seat was loose and had hairs on it, and hairs were in the shower. The floors were filthy, as was the bathroom light, falling down and had dead bugs in it. We fixed the toilet”

“Room 311. Had family in town. Got a jetted tub for a reason. Their home only has a rainwater shower because they literally live in the Amazon rainforest. I decided I would turn on the jets and let it run for a bit to cool down. Go in to check the temperature and see these weird black specks throughout. There's some on the edge of the tub too. I have photos. Drained the tub and filled it again with no jets. That funk had to be from the jets. Was pretty freaking gross. ”

“Pool was out of order. Staff did great to make our stay enjoyable. We were in a big geo and we all decided that the rooms could be cleaner”

“Easy parking. Newer building and good condition inside and out. Good amenities with good breakfast that was included with stay. ”
