“The staff were very friendly and accommodating with bag storage and airport transportation but the condition of the property was very disappointing. The "garden view" was a junky backyard and non of the common spaces had air conditioning. The room didn't have any cups for water and the water for the shower didn't get beyond lukewarm”

“This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. “The Staff were awesome- the place was basically clean ( hair in the bathroom on the toilet seat cover was noted upon entry)but the hotel is definitely in need of mechanical maintenance ( Hot water is almost non existent) , the shower head and arm assembly very loose in room 1723 and paint and trim is showing its wear and tear all over the hallways and ceilings - I would stay again though due to location and amenities of the area”
