“This hotel is a magical place.”

“The breakfast food was very good, the coffee very bitter and strong. The room was comfortable with a big shower. Regarding the cleaning, there was a long hair inside a towel.”

“È stata una delle nostre tappe durante il nostro road trip della route 66, abbiamo trovato un ambiente davvero ben curato, la stanza era perfetta, il posto auto dedicato, ma quello che più c’è piaciuto è stata la colazione, l’unica fino ad ora (durante il road trip) a presentare una colazione vera per la quale si è pagato, la frutta fresca buonissima e tanta roba di prima scelta. Se un giorno dovessi ripassare da santa Fe, sicuramente tornerei qui! ”

“Tutto nella media .. la signora della reception ha fatto un po’ di confusione con il deposito ma dopo è stato risolto dalla ragazza alla reception del mattino ”

“Don't do it. The staff was incredibly kind. The room was totally lacking. The bed was uncomfortable. You could hear everything on either side of us in the hotel and people were right outside our door and we could hear their entire conversation.”

“Staff irritating asked for things lie card then stood staring off, dixnt respond to jumerous attempts to check in at 1 am but was rhere, breakfast selection stunk”

“Front desk Alantar was so helpful on all questions, & basically all staff was excellent & friendly ”

“Hotel was OK. Bed was comfortable, bath was nice, free parking was a bonus, room was worn and maintenance and cleaning was lacking throughout. I asked the desk clerk about the hot tub working before I checked in and was told yes it was working and very hot. It was hot but the jets didn’t work 😏 and the pool was freezing cold. Water felt “dirty”. Another area where cleaning and maintenance were needed. Breakfast had a good selection and a welcoming hostess.”

“Not a good Hilton at all. Everything is old, rooms were ok.All furniture looked as if it came from a garage sale. Bathrooms are small and out dated. Bathtubs were old and poorly maintained. The Hilton family should be ashamed. I do not recommend any Hilton hotels, I’ve had to many disappointments during my stays.”

“Breakfast is a typical Hampton Inn Breakfast. Parking is good. We stay here everytime we pass thru Santa Fe. Room's have a new filtration fan that we have never noticed before. Very loud. We had maintenance silence it so we could sleep”

“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi. No night manager on duty. Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast. Long black hair in the bathroom. ”

“Camera pulita, letto comodo, buon wifi, TV ok. Doccia buona. Colazione da migliorare visto nome del brand”

“Clean room, pool was amazing and the grill area was perfect for all the people that we stayed there.”
