“We absolutely loved the stay. The staff was lovely, particularly Nerea at the front desk. The room was spacious, lovely and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding. Perfect location for seeing the old city. Highly recommended.”

“Fantastiskt trevlig liten lägenhet. Tyst och lugn. Dock hårda sängar och kuddar men det verkar vara standard när man kommer ner i Europa. Lite besvär vid incheckning då man måste fylla i ett formulär för att identifiera sig och för att få instruktioner om boendet. Det skickas som en länk. Problemet var att allt stod på spanska och det tog till dagen efter innan vi såg att man kunde välja språk uppe i högra hörnet. ”

“El desayuno bastante bueno, salvo el café, de malísima calidad. El personal de la recepción no demasiado agradable. El spa bien. La limpieza de la habitación es regular. El sitio donde está el Balneario es un remanso de Paz, muy bonito y cuidado.”

“Las habitaciones estaban bien, nos tuvieron que cambiar porque pedimos una con dos camas y nos dieron una con una cama individual, pero lo solucionaron sin problema. En la habitación nueva, es verdad que el aire no funcionaba, pero bueno. Destaco la amabilidad de atendernos para hacernos la cena a la hora a la que llegamos que tampoco nos pusieron pegas y eso lo agradecemos. En general bien, camas cómodas, buen baño.”

“With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any.”
