The space
As soon as you step foot in the luxurious new partial ocean view 2-bed condo, you`ll be welcomed by a very stylish, spacious, modern, yet highly comfortable open-plan living area.

The condo has a spacious patio terrace stretched over the full width of the living space. With large glass European double glazed terrace doors, natural light and air pass through the living area and provide great sea views. The Caribbean enters your home and your life.

The apartment is accessible step free from the reception.

The condo is unlocked via a keyless digital door lock. We will provide the code for this prior to your check-in.

[Cleaning] Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each home is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

[Meet & Greet] You will be welcomed at the home upon your arrival and helped to settle in.

[Wi-Fi & TV] Complementary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are smart TVs in the living area and all the bedrooms.

[All taxes and utilities are included] When comparing rentals please check for these, as many other properties will not include these costs in their prices.

[Electricity] Unlike most operators in the Dominican Republic, we do not charge separate fees for electricity use - the price you see when booking is the full price you’ll pay. To help us protect the island’s fragile environment and control high electricity costs, we ask that you be mindful when consuming energy. Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.

[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
