I stay a week in the hotel all the staff was so great the food in the buffet was really good, the food in the restaurants was good nothing crazy, and the rooms need some work inside, I spend a good time there.

My wife and I spent our 26th wedding anniversary there. The beach and water were amazing. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the various options for dinner. The entertainment and music were great. The hospitality, friendliness and top notch service by the staff was greatly appreciated. We had a great time at the resort and look forward to going back.

Its a very nice place and the staff was great everywhere (front desk, bar, other restaurants and cleaning ladies) with the exception of the main buffet. Even with us tipping they did not want to get us water to drink or help in any way. the only other complaint was the water sports. They are sub contracted and they do NOT want to let you do anything especially the mini catamaran. the list of complaints 1. its too windy 2. its not windy enough 2. not today or tomorrow. It was very frustrating because it all boiled down to they did not want to work. Other than that this hotel was great. It was clean and with lots of good things to do. It was February so the pool was cold though. The Hotel activities booking desk also had great people and were priced really good. I do recommend this place.

The resort is absolutely stunning & kept very clean. Staff is wonderful, helpful & accommodating, especially Victor at reception and Zoraida at privileges. We loved all the options at the buffet & the beach restaurant. The drinks were awesome. The only negative was that we were originally in a junior suite but at the end of the resort, we asked to be switched to a closer room and although they did switch us much closed, the room was old and busted up. There was no furniture to unpack into. The full size mirror was missing and the bathroom had writing on the walls. The room looked like it was about to be renovated. We were told that was the only room available to us. The Greek restaurant left much to be desired. Tiny portions and poor service. Sadly our vacation was cut short due to our daughter being hospitalized at home. We would love to return once things at home go back to normal. Love the Bahia resorts!!

Lo que no me gustó nada es la poca coordinación en los horarios de la animación sobre todo en la tarde y noche. Cómo ejemplo, como es posible hacer un aerobic a las 3 de la tarde y a pleno sol cuando los clientes terminan de comer entre la 1'30 y las 2'30 o las 3. Por la noche en los espectáculos una descoordinación total de horarios y emplazamiento. Este comentario no afecta al personal de animación, si a la mala organización. Revisen esto por favor.

We were there for 3 nights and our entire stay was super unpleasant. Check-in was disorganized, rooms were outdated with mosquitos and roaches everywhere, electrical issues in room, poorly air conditioned rooms, hard and uncomfortable mattress. This is the worst customer service I have received from staff at any resort I've been to, and I’ve been to over 25. They are more concerned with chit chatting among themselves than helping customers. The bars would continuously run out of things (like seltzer water and brugal, which is Dominican rum!!). The food at the buffet was a 5/10, got the job done but not great, the food at the restaurants was expected to be better but was also a 5/10. Even getting a cup of coffee in the morning was a 10 minute wait for someone to actually look at you and bring it over, because even if you asked it would take 10 minutes. Overall, the biggest downfall this resort will have is with their staff, super unfriendly, inattentive and not customer service oriented. At the time of booking it was approx. $600 for the 3 nights and I guess you get what you pay for. My expectations were low already but those weren’t even met. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. My family was part of the ”VIP” rooms and their experience was also below par, they was super disappointed.
