Everything has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort, nothing is missing, and most importantly, everything is brand new.

The villa is equipped with an inverter and batteries that ensure continued functionality during general power outages. Only the air conditioners are not connected to the inverter.

The main villa is spread over two levels.

The ground floor offers three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (156x200 cm), a private bathroom, and its own terrace.
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area; the central island is fitted with outlets for charging your phones and laptops. Large glass doors provide abundant natural light and stunning views of the tropical vegetation.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private full bathroom, and access to the rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying peaceful evenings outdoors.

For your information:

Included in the rental price for stays of 8 nights or more: Wi-Fi, initial and final cleaning, plus one mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linens.
A washing machine is available for your personal laundry, as well as for house linens (bath towels, pool towels, and kitchen cloths).
Garden and pool maintenance are also included.

For stays of fewer than 8 nights, cleaning service is not provided.

Not included: Electricity consumption is the guest’s responsibility. The meter is read upon arrival and again at check-out. Only your actual consumption in kilowatts will be charged, based on the local rate.
This amount is to be paid in cash on the day of departure, so please plan accordingly.

The current rate is 15 pesos per kilowatt, approximately 0.30 USD.

Please also note that an inventory check is carried out at both check-in and check-out.
To make the check-out process more efficient, a team of 2 to 3 people is usually present to quickly review the linens, dishes, and all appliances.
The goal is to leave the property in the same condition in which you found it, for the comfort of the next guests.
Any missing or damaged items will also be charged in cash on the day of departure.

Our chef offers a home service, delivering pre-prepared meals or cooking directly at your property, depending on the selected menu. Simply heat them up and enjoy at your convenience, immerse yourself in the slow and relaxing rhythm of your vacation.

If you enjoy cooking, Las Terrenas has a variety of small local grocery stores and two supermarkets:

Lindo, a French supermarket, offers home delivery once you've completed your shopping.
La Sirena Pola, a Dominican supermarket, provides the same service.
You can also find fresh fish sold daily at the entrance of POPY Beach.
