Everything has been designed for your comfort. The apartment is located on the first floor of the first building on the left upon entering the residence.

The space features a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and with direct access to the terrace. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

- Master bedroom: Equipped with a king size bed (200x200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

- Second bedroom: Features a queen size bed (160x190 cm) and a private bathroom. In this room, the toilet corresponds to the apartment's guest restroom.

On the rooftop, you will find the laundry area, which includes a washing machine for exclusive use by the apartment and a private space for drying clothes with a portable drying rack.

Residence Rules
- Upon arrival, you will receive an identification bracelet, which must be worn at all times during your stay.
- One week before your arrival, you must send us the identification documents of all guests staying at the property to complete the registration process.

Included in the rental price (for stays of at least 8 nights):

✔ Cleaning upon arrival, departure, and one mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linens
✔ Washing machine available for personal laundry and household linens (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.)
✔ Gardening service and pool maintenance

For stays of less than 8 nights, the cleaning service is not included.

Additional Conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged at the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kWh), payable in cash upon check-out.
- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will conduct a quick inspection of the property, including linens, kitchenware, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out.

Our goal is to keep the villa in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
Loudspeakers and excessively loud music are not allowed. After 10:00 p.m., all noise should be reduced to respect everyone's rest.
