panoramic seaview modern suite in shared yoga villa with pool

the villa is immersed in lush tropical vegetation, with a large terrace and swimming pool overlooking the sea, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Samaná peninsula. The villa consists of three bedrooms, here you can book the main room: the suite with king size bed and seaview. It has an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, fan and air conditioning.

The shared kitchen and living area is a sea view open space with, sofa, dining table on large terrace, infinity pool surrounded by palms and plants, and with a view over the hill and the sea. In this part of the villa there is a BBQ and a panoramic garden.

The villa is located in a protected residential complex consisting of 3 villas, located on a hill overlooking the sea where peace and tranquility reigns. The city center is just a few kilometers away and can be traveled by car or motorbike. Terrenas is one of the most sought after tourist resorts in the Dominican Republic where vegetation reigns supreme, its kilometre-long white beaches are famous, bathed in crystal clear waters and lush with coconut palms. The town is quiet and multicultural, well served by European-style supermarkets and restaurants, international clinics and well-organized public transport. Possibility of excursions nearby such as the Limón waterfall or the beautiful island of Cayo Levantado. In short, a tropical paradise.

The room accommodates a maximum of 2 people and the entire Villa accommodates up to 4 additional people (you can find the other rooms available for rent or the whole villa by looking at my Airbnb profile).

The room is equipped with

All windows and window doors in the whole villa have mosquito nets and window shutters for full darkness.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, 1 shower, 1 shower head bidet close to the WC, hot water, mirror and mirror lights. Towels are provided.

Soaps for clothes and dish washing are included as well as shower soaps.
Towels, bed linen and pillows are included and changed weekly. So you can travel lighter.

The swimming pool is open all year 24/7 and fresh water, (not heated, not salty). The infinity swimming pool has no bay watch or security.

The Kitchen is equipped with induction stove, Bread toaster, microwave, blenders and dish washer besides plates, glasses, cutleries and cooking equipment. It is at disposal of the guests of the villas so you might have to share it. We encourage to be sociable, share recipees and enjoy the company of the other guests, if any :)

Spaces shared with the other (up to 4) guests are: Swimming pool, kitchen, dining area, living room, BBQ, garage and parking spaces. We encourage to be sociable, to share recipees, a beer and good vibes.

The house is perfectly equipped for hosting remote workers: private seaview 70cm table with comfortable chairs, Wifi is powerful and reliable in the whole house (and we have even also a backup system anyways in each room).
We have a power plant which switches on in case of city power cuts and a spare Ethernet line access is available in each room in case any unlikely technical issue may arise with the WiFi.

Comfortable panoramic tables are available for use and plenty of plugs are around: many Plug type A 120V like USA and Canada in the house, firthermore you will find about 10 USB plugs and a couple of EU 220V plugs. 1 extender is available in each room.

Weekly house cleaning, linen and towels change are included, a security person is available every day since 5 pm to morning.

Space for parking (free and private) is available in the property. We suggest having a scooter for moving easier around Las Terrenas. We are happy to give the contact of a reliable scooter/4x4/car rental if you need.

A really good local fruit shop is available in the main street and also a traditional little Colmado supermarket. They are 2 min drive from the villa.

The famous Playa Bonita is located at 5 minutes drive and the centre of Las Terrenas is reachable in 7 minutes drive.
Surf, Kite and SUP/Snorkeling spots are at within 10 minutes drive.
