This spacious vacation villa is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, making it an ideal destination in Las Terrenas for families or groups of friends.

The main house features three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen open to a TV lounge, and a large terrace with an outdoor seating area, perfect for sharing special moments. Everything is designed to make you feel at home: toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and much more.

An independent bungalow offers a fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a private bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for couples seeking more privacy.

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation, with six comfortable sun loungers and a large barbecue with a service cart available.

The property is equipped with an inverter and four batteries to ensure electricity during power outages. During these periods, air conditioning is not available, while a voltage protector safeguards electrical equipment.

A typical Dominican breakfast is included in the nightly rate.

Parking is available at the entrance for up to three vehicles. An ideal setting to relax and enjoy your vacation.

For stays of a minimum of 8 days, the rate includes WiFi, cleaning at check-in and check-out, as well as an intermediate cleaning with linen change. A washing machine is also available for personal use.

Garden and pool maintenance services are included.

For stays of less than 8 days, cleaning services are not included.

The rental rate includes only 7 breakfasts, even for stays longer than 7 nights. Additional breakfasts are charged at 50 USD per day and must be paid separately.

Not included: electricity consumption is at the guest’s expense. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out, and billing will be based on kilowatt usage at the current rate. Payment is made in cash at check-out. The current rate is 15 pesos or 0.30 USD per kilowatt.

An inventory will be carried out at check-in and check-out. To facilitate departure, a team of 2 to 3 people will perform a quick check of linens, dishes, and equipment. Any missing or damaged items must be paid in cash at departure.

We ensure the property is maintained in perfect condition for the comfort and well-being of all guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers or play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., noise must be reduced.
