This is a premium, 1,425 square foot suite with an unbelievable view of Las Vegas. This luxury rental is fully equipped and perfect for individuals or small groups who want the true Vegas experience. It is in the 4-Star rated resort, Signature at MGM.
The one bedroom and studio combination have 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas
Each suite has its own kitchenette. The master kitchen comes with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, flattop stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Dishes, cookware, and small appliances are available by request at the front desk at the time of check-in.
The master bathroom in the studio and one bedroom unit is complete with a walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub.
The property is walking distance to Planet Hollywood and TopGolf! Our guest will also have access to the amenities at MGM Grand including the pools, gym, fine dining establishments, and lively bars.

Things To Know
• A $200 per day (up to 3 days) refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check in. The security deposit must be paid with either a debit or credit card.
• Guests must be 21 years of age to check in
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided free of charge upon request

Amazing penthouse…but wasn’t ready for us on time.

The penthouse we stayed in was perfect for our group of 8 longtime friends on a girls’ weekend. However, check in wasn’t until 3pm and then wasn’t even ready until 4pm without any communication about the delay. That was a difficult way to start our trip.

Excellent location, very spacious

Great location, very spacious condo, wonderful views from the balcony. It was nice having 3 bathrooms. The Starbucks downstairs was nice & very quick service. The breakfast from the deli downstairs (Delight) was excellent according to my husband. The walk from our building to the casino was not too far took about 5 minutes. We will be back

Property was fantastic and we had an amazing time. Great view and location. It just sounds super cool to say we stayed at the penthouse suite :) Bathrooms were nice, beds were comfy. The only negative I’d say is the required valet parking as I prefer self park.

Incredible Views, Great Penthouse

This is a perfect location to be close to the strip but not on it. The property was convenient to MGM and the Strip with many amenities. The rooms were very nice, clean and tastefully decorated. The balcony had great views of the Sphere and upper Strip.

We had the Sphere view balcony on the 33rd floor and could see from Luxor to Stratosphere. Place was quiet (We had to be the loudest, but nobody complained) Spent 95% of our time on the balcony when we were in the room awake. We will be going back.

Good location, Great view, very clean, outdated furnishings.

No regrets on renting this property for my wife and three teenagers to stay in for a few days. Easy to access and convenient walk to Top Golf, MGM, and Planet Hollywood. The strip is only a bit further from Planet Hollywood so no taxi is necessary. Walking distance to the monorail was nice but keep in mind that this property is in Tower 3, so it takes about 10 minutes to get to the MGM where the monorail is located. The view from the balcony and all of the windows is fantastic. The Sphere was in perfect view. The only negative item worth mentioning is the mattress in the master bedroom, which is firmer than any mattress I’ve ever slept on.

Vegas getaway

Rooms were as described. Valets and other attendants very nice - didn't have much other interaction with staff. Kitchen was used more for left-overs - get some baking dishes or cookie sheet for reheating. It's a bit of a walk to MGM grand, but inside. There were definitely other people staying in other units smoking weed on their balconies....... other than that, we thought it was a great stay.

Once Again, A GREAT Weekend!

We have stayed at The Signature at the MGM numerous times over the past 15 years. We have NEVER been disappointed. The location is unbelievably convenient to walk to the MGM & The Strip. Two couples sharing the double suite with each having their own bedroom and sharing the common space is great! Some of the furnishings are somewhat dated, but that did not take away from the Suite as a whole. When we return, there is only 1 place we consider and will definitely be back!

Weekend with friends.

This is our second stay at the MGM Signature Suites. We love this location since we are either out until sunrise, or home sleeping. No casinos needed! I actually prefer a location that is not home to a casino. The little deli in Tower 2 has the most delicious cheese steaks! Yum. Great stay and we would stay here again. Excellent value!

Las Vegas Birthday

Overall, property was really nice. I realize that the owner probably does not have anything to do with this, but, I will say that the toiletries, meaning toilet paper, tissues and paper towels were the lowest possible quality you could find. it was quite a hike from tower 3 to the strip. I will still give this place a 5 star.
