Pros: The property is huge, with spacious rooms much larger than pictured and even extra ones not listed, perfect for large groups. We could gather together or split into smaller groups without feeling crowded. The manager was responsive to calls and tried to help whenever issues came up. Lots of amenities: pool with kiddie pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard, volleyball, putting green, gaming & craps tables, and a half basketball court (though not usable due to low wall behind hoop). Location was great, about 15 minutes to the Strip and under 10 to the airport.Cons: Pre-check-in communication was frustrating; VRBO reps kept redirecting us to the manager’s personal site and wouldn’t respond to questions; kept telling us to call the rep. Wi-Fi was weak, forcing some to work from cafes; the manager fixed it by the next day. No body wash or shampoo was provided, though towels and TP were sufficient. The hot tub broke our last day and wasn’t fixed until checkout morning. Check-in instructions were mistakenly for another property (including door codes), raising security concerns.Entry is only through the neighboring property (couldn’t use main entry), complicating deliveries and arrivals. 4 of the listed bedrooms are detached units, so rain made moving between them inconvenient, and the main house leaked. The listing address wasn’t the rental itself but a former key-pickup spot (now replaced with door codes so maybe fixed for future rentals).

Still Under Construction

The location of the property was perfect. It was less than 5 minutes from the grocery store. Less than 10 minutes from the Strip. Less than 10 minutes from the airport. Lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes.The rooms were spacious. The house was clean. It was a perfect gathering space for our very large family. The setup offered something to do for both the kids and the elders. The kids loved the swimming pool. There was a nice game room which was great for playing cards and board games. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together. However, there were issues with the AC as a result of the location of the thermostats. Once the hallway reached the thermostats temp, the AC in the nearby rooms would shutoff even though considerably warmer than the hallway. There were issues with the cold water in a few of the bathrooms. Only hot water would come out of the sink faucets. One of the ovens did not work and the other one took forever to warm up. It made cooking a challenge. The electronic gates to enter the property did not work. They remained open throughout our stay. That wasn’t too big of a deal because there was little traffic on the street. There were workers on the property everyday. There was early morning construction noise 3 out of the 4 mornings we were there. The work was being done on the property. The construction workers turned the water off for over 40 minutes in the middle of the day without any notice. The property mgr wasn’t very responsive.
