Cute 1 bedroom with a living room & kitchen.Spectacular location a mile to the famous FREMONT EXPERIENCE. This cute bungalow is located near the OLD historic Fremont Street. There is a ton of things to do and see while visiting this classic funky part of Las Vegas. This modern 1 bedroom cottage is part of a three home compound with an amazingly huge shared courtyard! Sleeps 2 with a queen bed. TV/couch in the living room. Enjoy morning with a cup coffee on the patio while enjoying the lovely Vegas atmosphere! Get ready for your night out on the town with provided bathroom amenities to include hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels and linens. 2PPL max. Pets extra.

A lease and ID are required. Clean stove, grill and dishes before leaving. All garbage to the bin at back of unit. THX! You can park on 10th or the alley behind unit has a parking pad. I recommend finding unit through front gate first so you can recognize the parking area. Keep the gate closed at all times!! No parties and guests can only be those on the lease unless otherwise arranged. This can be a total of 2 people only.

This was a perfect little spot. As a woman who travels solo, safety is always top of mind. I was Very comfortable, and loved the location. The apartment itself has everything I could possibly need. And Barb is fantastic, making sure I had everything I needed! I’ve definitely saved this in my favorites for future Vegas stays!

Wonderful hosts. Very helpful and accommodating. Home had everything we needed. Off road parking right by the gate. Host had many suggestions for hiking and entertainment. They made out Bew Years memorable.

Barb is amazing!! Great communication and was very quick to respond. We had an amazing time and loved everything. From check in to check out, this experience was wonderful. Super close to Fremont street & other attractions. Patio was very nice and relaxing, we got to enjoy the beautiful vegas weather. Felt very safe and secure with the security gate as well. Also, loved seeing the host’s dogs! Very cute pups. Would book again!

Good location

The location is great walking distance to Fremont and plenty of restaurants and bars. Few complaints - there are extremely bright lights from the external side of the house that you can’t turn off and it bleeds into the bedroom pretty bad (some dark shades would help). The floors were a little dirty so I would recommend bringing some slippers. Other than that, a solid booking for a long weekend.

Quiet and clean

I was wondering if the items left in the back of my truck would be safe but as it turned out nothing went missing. If I had only one thing I wish was different it would be that the city would be more proactive in dealing with the homeless. That’s no fault of the property. To the credit of the owners put a locked gate to the courtyard and the house was also property secured. Honestly that is the only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star review.

Great Location and place to stay!

We came and stayed for a music event. It is in walking distance to the Fremont area and everything else is easily drivable (and walkable if your'e up for it). Directions to get in the property were easy to understand. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus. Everything was clean and comfortable, we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place in a great location

Super scrubbed clean place. Check in/out was simple & easy. Place looks exactly like the photos, super accurate. The location could not be better. We were able to walk to fremont & it was a quick drive to the strip. Great communication from host as well. 100% would stay here again!
