Welcome to The Grand Casa hosted by vegas-bnb, a luxurious and spacious home designed to make you feel right at home. As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a welcoming and expansive living room. It features four sofas, three chairs, a 65-inch TV, a pool table, two pub tables seating for four, and a dining table that comfortably accommodates twelve guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware for eighteen people and all the necessary cooking and bakeware, allowing you to prepare a delightful dinner.

The Grand Casa boasts a total of 8 bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses are of high quality, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The sleeping arrangements include two king-size beds, seven queen-size beds, and four twin-size beds.

ROOM CONFIGURATIONS:

Room 1: King bed, 2 full-size beds, and a twin bed with an attached bathroom.

Room 2: Queen bed and 2 twin bed.

Room 3: King bed, twin bed, and an attached bathroom.

Room 4: Queen bed with an attached bathroom.

Room 5: Queen bed.

Room 6: Two queen beds.

Room 7: Two queen beds and a twin bed.

Room 8: Two king beds and a full size bed.

Hallway bathroom for shared use for 5,6,7,8.


For your entertainment, there is a pool table available in the family room, along with eight smart TVs throughout the house.

Outdoors, you'll find a poker table, basketball hoop, ping pong table, fire pit, eight sun beds, eight lounge chairs, a Weber Summit BBQ, a pool, a jacuzzi, and many more amenities. Additionally, there is an outdoor ping pong table for some friendly competition.

The upper rooftop deck offers approximately 1,000 sqft of space, providing a breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip for your enjoyment.

*A credit card fee of 4% is non refundable in the event of a cancelled reservation with no exceptions .

*Extra guest fees are $50.00 - $85.00 per person per night ($50.00 June-Aug) ($85.00 Sept- May)

*Security cameras are on the exterior of house only and are monitored by a contracted third party security company for safety.


HOUSE RULES:

1. VEHICLES: No more than 6 vehicles are permitted on the property. The Association requires that cars parked on the driveway only and not be parked in front of the property and not in front of neighbors’ homes.

2. POOL HEATING: If you would like pool & in ground heating, please text number on file. The fee is $200.00 per day and must be heated 1 day in advance. We do have an above the ground spa that has no charge for heating .

3. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Any additional guests that were not noted at the time of reserving the home will be charged to you at $50.00 per day/per person, failure to disclose all guests is a violation and will result in a fine of $100.00 per person/per day fee.

4. QUIET HOURS: This property is situated in a residential, family community governed by the Neighborhood Association. Making noise, such as music or loud voices, between 10 PM and 10 AM is prohibited and a public nuisance. Noise after 10 PM on Sundays through Saturdays is strictly regulated.

5. POOL MAINTENANCE: is on Mondays and Fridays and Landscaping Maintenance occurs on Wednesdays. We reserve the right to maintain the outside of the property during your stay.

6. ​SUPPLIES: This property has a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and propane to get you going. It is the guest’s responsibility to buy supplies that they need after the supplies provided if they run out.
