Walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores and the community casino is about 5 minutes away and 20 mins (17.1 mi) from the house going to the stadium. From the entrance of the house you can see a 3 way fire place which also leads you to the backyard. The 3 way fire place can also be seen from the kitchen and the family room.
There is a water fall which connects to the pool, the water fall is man-made which you can sit under the water and can swim in the pool. Also there is a spa.
With a tropical backyard. There is a 3 car driveway parking plus there is RV parking availability.
