Affordable, practical,Near Strip

Your home away from home. A nicely decorated, affordable condo in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from the Strip(.7 mile), yet far away from the noise. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full size Kitchen and laundry room. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils. Ample parking near the condo. We're in a gated community with 24/7 security.

Fantastic location

The property is in a great location very close to the strip. Short uber gets you anywhere on the strip. Check in was a breeze plenty of parking overall great stay.

Good location, suited our needs

The location of the apartment was incredible, and the size of it fit our group perfectly (each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom.) Considering we are unfamiliar with the area it was so nice to have a secure place to park our vehicle and return to each night. It was easy to find, even arriving late at night, and seeing the Vegas' lights from the porch was fantastic. The apartment had all the basics of what we needed for a comfortable time. The only downside was that neither hot tub on the property was in working condition, however considering how little time we would have had to use them it didn't affect the enjoyment on our trip. This is a great option if you are looking to have a place to unwind at the end of the day that is away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. (side note, Little Italy's pizza is nearby and it was INCREDIBLE)

It was ok

Rating this one as “just ok.” For the most part, the property description matched up well and location was quiet and felt relatively safe. Initial communication regarding checkin was great and all went to plan. We were just looking for a place close to the strip and convenient for work, and it did that well. Plus it’s nice having some restaurants and a Walgreens nearby. Water pressure was good which is always nice when away from home. Nice TV and internet was pretty quick. As for the not as great parts: the beds are truly uncomfortable; one was slightly better, but both not comfortable. Several AC registers were broken. One shower had no curtain; did communicate this one and they offered to come by and replace it, but it was no big deal as there’s another bathroom. The worst part is the A/C. I know it’s Vegas and it’s hot, but it didn’t do much to cool things down. We followed the request to turn it up very high during the day to save the AC, and when we would get back and even overnight, it wouldn’t get the unit below 75 degrees. It’s also extremely loud, so just a heads up for those in the living room. I had sent a message via the app, and once via text as requested by the owner on if there’s anything we can do to cool it more, and never received a reply. So, that’s why I rate it as just ok. The place was totally fine for what we needed, but between the beds and the temperature, it wasn’t comfortable trying to sleep when it’s 75/76 inside.

Very nice host, great location

We found this place very convenient as far ar location & in what it offered. It was perfect for us. The pool & gym facilities were a great plus. The owner/host was very nice.

Quick weekend

The place was NOT clean. We had to wash all the pots and pans before we used them. The mattresses are awful. Don’t look under the beds if you drop something. It’s VERY close to the Rio and in a complex. We had to drive around to find the proper building and room. The security guard was not helpful.

Deserving of a 5-star rating if not for the cleaning crew

Pros: Excellent location and within walking distance to several casinos, secure gated community, lots of amenities on site. Cons: Due to a new cleaning company, the apartment was not completely ready for new renters. We had to purchase more paper products for the bathrooms and kitchen. No towels were in the main bathroom and a dirty towel was found in one of the bedrooms from the previous renters. The owner was notified of the situation. The photos on VRBO need to be updated as some furniture in the living room was not as depicted in the photos. Despite these issues we encountered with the lack of supplies and having to purchase said items, this was a nice place to stay and would have gotten a 5-star review if not for the cleaning crew and their negligence in cleaning and restocking supplies.

Nice property in a convenient location

This property is off of the strip but still very close. We walked to the strip a few times and used Lyft ($9-$10) a few times. We appreciated that the parking was secured with attendants at the gate. The apartment was clean and the owner was very quick and easy to correspond with. The unit has two bedrooms, each with a full size bed, and two separate bathrooms, which was helpful with four of us getting ready. We would recommend staying here!

Beautiful place. Just the dryer vent w plugged and the dishwasher wasn't draining.

Need light bulb in kitchen and battery in furnace thermostat. Patio door did not lock but had a pole to secure. Other than that nice place. Few minor repairs.

Spectacular Little Apartment

When I say little, I'm referring to the cuteness and decor. By no means is this a small place. This place has so much room to move around in. It was clean and nicely furnished. The host was so very helpful with the reservation and check in process. I will definitely consider this again when in Las Vegas.
