This is a little gem of a place to stay at. It’s located in a quiet and clean neighborhood that is close to the highways and not too far from the cities attractions. The pictures of this place do not do it justice. It’s a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a place away from the main downtown busy life.

We would definitely rent here again when we make another trip out here to Vegas.. I strongly recommend everyone looking for a nice quiet great tenant place to rent here.. Any questions I had they answered very quickly...

The check-in process was very easy. Plenty of amenities, only issue was wifi was rough and could not watch any TV. Otherwise we weren’t home often and it was a very nice place to stay and beds are very comfortable.

It was smaller than I thought, but had everything you could need. It was in a good neighborhood and it was clean. It was close to Vegas Main strip. Had more privacy than renting a hotel or a motel on the strip.

We stayed for three weeks. It was a bit smaller than the pictures showed however it was a great place to stay. It is a converted garage with two beds, one on each side of a closet, with a curtain dividing the open space. It was great as we didn't require a whole lot of privacy. It has a full lot of pots and pans, dishes, and eating and cooking utensils. We were able to cook meals while we were there. The host was fast in answering the only issue we had and that was the internet had gone out. I sent him a message and he immediately got the issue fixed. Thank you Mr Mario. I would highly recommend this location for any short term or long term visitors. The neighborhood is also quiet.

The place was very clean and lots of nice upgrades. However, it's not a townhouse, at least not in the traditional sense. It's a very well done, but converted 2 car garage. Not big enough for 4 adult size people. My kids are grown teens, and we were too close to be comfortable.

Small converted garage space that was perfect for 2 guys in town to golf for 3 days. Nice courses close by, good food everywhere or cook at the spot. 25 Lyft to the strip easy access. Mario was fantastic replacing a broken Roku unit. 2 big screen tvs, all the comforts of home. Thanks Mario.

We came to Vegas to climb Red Rocks and absolutely loved our little retreat! The condo may be small, but it’s very cozy, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s just a 25-minute drive to the climbing areas, and conveniently close to grocery stores and dining.The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, which made our trip even better.Highly recommend!

I really liked the place. Very clean. Host was easy to contact and really accommodating. It's a little small but you have everything you need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately The air conditioning unit was a little loud for me. Other than that. Really nice little place.

Totally comfortable and beautiful! Great AC, Heat, Ceiling fans, romantic wall faux fireplaces (not hot) Everything had a remote and worked great and easily. Two TVs with all streaming networks. Washer/Dryer, full kitchen, games, nice towels, comfy beds, plenty of nice pillows, futon pulled out to nice extra bed, quiet, parking within feet of front door, super easy to into, great communication with manager Mario. Fridge is not mini- more like 3/4 size with Freezer and ice cube trays. Super clean. We cooked full meals and had everything we needed plus spices/condiments and even some refreshments. Curling iron, hair dryer, vanity mirror / light. They really thought of EVERYTHING. Totally recommend. We stayed for soccer tournament- close to fields.
remember three kids two adults and soccer tournament; ignore our mess, so nice to wash laundry in room.

Not as advertised.

We had two couples in our party. There are not two bedrooms, there is a wall going half way through the room that separates the two beds, making for no privacy. The property is also much farther from the strip in Las Vegas than advertised. It was clean, the check in process was seamless, but we were expecting something a little bit different, based on the listing, than what we received.

The unit is modern with new everything except washer dryer. It is asthetically appealing to be in and the heater worked well the entire time. Host was responsive to questions and kept us updated when water needed to be shut off for 15 minutes. Two stars are lost for two reasons:1. The unit was not cleaned well under the couch, bed, and under a sink. We kept finding dust bunnies through out our stay. We recommending cleaning the unit better. 2. Wifi got turned off during a morning - this distrupted work that I had to do remotely and was unfortunate. The host apologized and got it working again later same day. I would have appreciated a heads-up so I could go work from a cafe instead of having to do that last-minute.
