Contemporary Family & Business Friendly House with Pool

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place with gazebo and a pool. (NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO PET NO EXCEPTION!!)

Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 full bath 2015 built house renovated in luxury style by a local designer; Marble table, high end flooring and appliances, new beds with comfy mattresses, amazing fully stocked kitchen, spacious bathrooms with double sink, 65 inch TV in living room.

10 minutes ride from the strip & 5 min from Raiders' Stadium. Our pool is Not heated

LOCALS please inquire about the reservation before book.
PLEASE inquire first if you will have VISITORS, do not book immediately.

FYI: House is not suitable for bachelor, bachelorette, birthday party groups, if you have service dog please ask us for the cleaning fee first. We do not allow more than couple visitors and monitor the house with exterior cameras, if you expect large day time visitors please ask us first. Landlord lives in the neighborhood so please ask me first if you are planning some type of large gatherings as we want you to have great time on our property just like our past guests. violators will be evacuated.

Great communication from the start. Great place to stay with pool and a grill outside to cook on. Lots of room and loved the tub in the master sweet. Beautiful kitchen with lots of room. Nice big table for large family like ours. Everything worked well. If you have questions he answers back promptly. Will stay here again. A

The place to stay in Las Vegas

First impressions were very clean and spacious. Communications with the owner were easy, responsive, and detailed. The location was perfect: in a quiet neighborhood with a short 15 minute drive to the Strip, and plenty of places nearby like grocery stores and restaurants. We also liked the 2 car garage which kept the car cool. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and clear. The pergola was great to sit and read and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the “little things” like nightstands with phone chargers on both sides of all the beds, a box of tissues, plenty of utensils and plates, and a super easy checkout procedure. We highly recommend and will be back here the next time we’re in town.

Turks house

I loved my stay at this place while in Las Vegas. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was very beautiful. My favorite part was the swimming pool and back porch area. As well as the big kitchen and open layout. Thank you Turk! I would definitely book again!

The perfect home away from home

Great open kitchen, living, dining room. Rooms were great as well. It was too hot to use the pool (mid-June) but the outdoor area was very nice. If I return to the area I will definitely stay here again.

Turk's place is exactly what we needed!

Couldn't recommend Turk's house any more! I stayed here with my fiance and 2 other couple friends of ours, so each couple had their own room. The place is very affordable for the value, especially the backyard that has a great little pool and covered lounging area to stay out of the sun. We also wanted to stay somewhere off the Vegas strip so it was great to be in Enterprise only 20 minutes away from the madness. There are great places to eat nearby (highly recommend Early Bird and Mountain West Eatery). Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Vegas with a group of people.

Great place to stay!

Turk was very, very responsive to questions prior to, and during our stay. Check-in was a breeze, as Turk gave us all the information we needed a couple of days before arrival. The bedrooms are very well appointed, and the master is HUGE. The master bathroom is also massive; whirlpool tub, large shower, large vanity, and separate toilet. A makeup table is provided in the master for the ladies, which was an unexpected touch that was greatly appreciated! The covered patio area is very nice, with some nice outdoor furniture. The location is great! Close to the airport, lots of shops nearby, The Silverton and South Point are close, and you can avoid the craziness of the strip as much as you'd like. Very clean, very well located, and a very responsive host lead to an excellent trip! You would be hard pressed to find a nicer place to stay during your Vegas get away!

What I liked most was the pool..But the blender was amazing with just One click of the button and boom greatness. The decor I fell in love right away its just like the pictures, it even had my favorite color purple.. last but not least. If you have any concerns hes there straight away (lol inside joke for me). Communication he has. I enjoyed myself and looking forward ALWAYS to book this immaculate House again.. 😍 love 😍 love. BOOK THIS HOME AND I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.. Close to everything..By day 2 I did not need a G.P.S. 7 DAYS WELL SPENT. ♥ ♥ 4th of July the Fireworks were awesome sauce. Seen them from the backyard and it was like I had front row seats. Just giving this review I'm ready to pack again ♥ ♥. MUCH LOVE TO OUR SPONSOR MR.T ♥ ♥

Las Vegas Vacation

First time renting a house in Vegas instead of staying on the strip. The house looks exactly as posted, very clean and modern, communication with Turk was fantastic. Close to just about any type of food you could imagine and so close to the strip that it would only take a few minutes to get there each day. We will definitely be back!

Review

It was kind of weird how the owner was watching the camera and would contact me. Also the place could use some sound dampening inside, like carpets. Nice quite neighborhood. And the probably should not rent to people with children since there's no fence around the pool. Otherwise it was very clean and easy to get to.
