Amenities, Lighting was not proper. Lights were either out or were turned off. Ceiling lights are too high to turn on. Water pressure is so low it takes extra 5-10 minutes to take shower

As Advertised

House was great and fit our family. The house did not supply enough towels for even the max occupancy allowed and definitely not for our family. There was also not enough bedding for all of the occupants. There were just a few things that were not supplied that we had to buy (towels, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, etc.), but luckily there was a Wal-Mart nearby.

Could've been better !

The contact person didn't answer my call when I tried to access the house, which caused me to miss a comedy show. I want to give a shout-out to the comedy show organizers at Strat Comedy for allowing me to reschedule. VRBO was also helpful; they offered to refund my money and provided me with an additional 1,400 to find a new place. It was 11 PM, and two hours had passed. My friends were tired, so I asked VRBO to call the contact again instead of going on a housing scavenger hunt. Luckily, she answered, and we were able to gain access to the house. However, there were no iron or coffee pots available. Be careful lighting the gas fireplace. Here is my feedback.

Clean, basic and great location

We came to Las Vegas to spend a few days with daughter and family while son-in-law was at a conference near-by the house. The place was in a great location for us to be near them and had easy access to our activities. House was basic and accurately shown in photos. It has great beds, was clean and had a nice nice open kitchen area with table. We only had a few meals here as we were out and about so the minimal kitchen supplies worked for us. We traveled to Red Rocks and Valley of Fire State Park plus into main city for a few events. The neighborhood was quiet and manager was easy to work with on reservation. Thanks, Seattle Family
