Welcome to my humble home offering an Entire place for you to stay. NEAR EVERYTHING such as 7MINs. from the AIRPORT, 10MINs from Las Vegas STRIP, 3MINs from Thomas & Mack Center and 10MINs. from CONVENTIONS CENTER.

A place to share with love ones, relax and maximize on what Las Vegas has to offer. I just renovated my home to make sure you experienced a relaxing stay with spacious home, unique features and complimentary amenities that make this space truly home away from home.

You'll immediately notice an inviting and cozy atmosphere that greets you the moment you enter my humble home. A spacious living area is decorated with modern furnishings, and minimalist decor providing a perfect blend of cozy, style, and comfort. Sink into the brand new sofa that turns into futon, it will definitely make you feel home, especially when on the days you choose to just stay at home watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.

For those who love to cook, My fully equipped kitchen will be your culinary playground. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. My spacious kitchen is intentionally is complete of cooking utensils, cookware and basics spices to ensure that meal preparation is as easy as it can get. Especially for my guests who loves to make a healthy meals at home. If you need to go get groceries were literally 3mins away from multiple groceries store, or you can order from Insta Cart at your convince. The driver will drop it off, right in your front door.

I have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a futon sofa and air mattress to sleep on the times in need. Each bedroom is designed with different Las Vegas theme and abstract decor, though I keep it minimalist, I made sure to prioritize the quality of the beds as your sleep is extremely important especially on the busy city like Las Vegas. So you can always feel fully charge, when you wake up!

One of the highlights of this listing is the private backyard, where you can take time to relax on the comfortable set up or If you just want o seat and soak up the sun while enjoying a refreshing drink.

Feel free to FIRE UP the grill, I have tons of bbq necessities in case you want to do some bbq for your family or love ones. you'll have everything you'll need to make the a delicious bbq meal for yourself or gatherings. A bag of Charcoal is already provided. Let me know if you'll need more immediately.

I have a 2 furry friends too name Alfie and Oreo, So I understand that they are part of your family, too, and this is why we are a furries-friendly establishment. So feel free to bring them along to join in on the fun, I also put a bowl for then to eat or drink water, and a leash if you need one! Fees may be associated upon booking, that will be dedicated to paying extra for cleaning so be sure to inquire about our policy.

If you have any special requests or need assistance during your stay , Im literally just a message . I'll make sure to help as much as I can to make sure you have a comfortable stay. I Travel a lot too, so I understand the importance of having a good place that can be my home away from home.

I also took my time to prepare a printed manual located inside the house usually by the TV, that may help you with important information about local attractions, dining recommendations, and popular landmarks. Use it as your guide to discover hidden gems or a " must visit" place to stop by. If you want to watch a show just let me know I can arrange that for you. I love to make an itinerary too incase you'll need planning. it will be a complimentary service as I do it this for fun. All I need from you is just to give me enough time to create it as I will need to ask some questions to make sure its customize to your desired Vegas getaway. I can email to it to you, prior to you're check in day.

My home is truly a Las Vegas Prime Location in one of the best listing in AIRBNB. I try my best to offer the perfect blend of relaxation, convenience, and comfort. I hope, I will have the chance to host your visit in the city. I love hosting, servicing my guests and providing a peaceful stay. In some way, In some way I feel, I can be a part of my memorable stay in Las Vegas, while helping navigate in the fastest and busiest growing city.
