Comfortable Stay, Accommodating Host!

We stayed here the weekend of EDC. The host was super accommodating and responsive. We had requested early check-in and late check out and they were able to accommodate both. We paid the fees through the Vrbo app, and it wasn't too expensive which was nice. It saved me so much hassle and relieved me of so much stress that we were able to do that. The home was very comfortable. The description and pictures were accurate. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding and extra pillows. There are four couches total so two of our friends were able to crash on two of the couches one of the nights we were there. There was plenty of space for us and the backyard was nice to have as well. I liked that we were able to park 3 cars on the driveway, and there was plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had no trouble getting rest when we needed it. The kitchen and pantry was pretty stocked with a lot of things you might need/use. The fridge is super spacious. There are extra trash bags and dishwasher pods. Overall, we had no issues. However, some things that could use improvement... We would have loved the ability to change the air conditioning because it was freezing the entire time that we were there. We wish that the host would have provided the big size shampoo, conditioner, and body washes just because no one likes to use mini bar soaps. We did use the oven and noticed that there were not any oven mitts.

DO NOT STAY HERE - BUYER BEWARE

The good "hosts" are far and few between anymore and most are like this guy. Where the bottom line is to extort you out of as much of your money as possible. I booked the whole property for my stay. During the messages exchanges the "host" couldn't understand that it was only going to be me and maybe one other. To which it was replied, well that is another $75 more per person, per day. The host is nothing short of a con artist. Rent the whole property, then change the listing to let you know that if you want to use the whole house, well that is going to be more money. Staying by yourself, well you only get 1 room. Want the whole property, well that will be more money. Paid the cleaning fee, well don't matter, that's more money. Want the other rooms in addition to the whole house, well its $35 more dollars per room, per day. I really wish I could post the screen shots from the conversation, but all I can do is URGE anyone that reads this to look else where. This "host" wasted my time, took $XXXX+ dollars, refused to let me stay and wont talk to VRBO to resolve the issue. I had to make a last minute booking else where. Again DO NOT STAY OR BOOK ANY PROPERTIES with this "host".

Awesome place to stay with lots of room and everything you need. Owner is very responsive to questions and very accommodating. Nicely decorated, lots of storage, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when in Vegas.
