Fantastic Home, Incredibly close to the Airport and Strip with a Pool!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy house with a large pool. It's very close to the strip (3 miles) and 1 mile away from the airport.
Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table and Cornhole.
3 beds / 2 full baths, large dining room, kitchen with full amenities.
Incredible fully covered patio with pool and slide! Our house is kid-friendly and newly decorated.

Very accesible!
1 mile from airport...but dont worry its a very quiet and wonderful neighborhood.
Only 3 miles from the strip!
Less than a mile from Walmart.
You wont waste time in ubers or traffic.

Beautiful rooms with spacious and modern amenities.
Full kitchen. Even a full coffee and tea area.
Pool with a slide and lit up covered patio with outside furniture.

Our host was friendly and responsive. The beds were clean and comfortable, but the bedrooms are kind of bare bones (no TVs). The property as a whole could use a little TLC as much of it is a bit run down, but we made the most out of our stay. We had a great time in the pool, and spent a lot of time outside. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The kitchen was spacious for cooking and had a good assortment of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The neighborhood was okay. We noticed some houses had barred windows, but it seemed safe enough while we were there. Location is good, relatively quick drives to many attractions like the strip, Area15, the airport, etc. Admittedly, we are accustomed to nicer accommodations, and if you’re looking for a more bougie Vegas stay, this isn’t it. We made it work, but unfortunately the larger couch was no longer in the house and the air hockey table did not work and had been removed (which the host had kindly notified us of beforehand.) Overall, worked for our group this time.

Very clean home. It listed as having a game table and picture showed a larger sofa. The hostess did let me know a few days before that the game table and sofa were both in the garage broken. There were 5 of us so we didn’t fit in the sofa there now, so we had to bring in chairs from the kitchen. The ceiling fans/lights didn’t work in two of the bedrooms, but they had provided box fans and a lamp. It’s close to the strip and Walmart and the airport. You could hear the planes at night in the front bedrooms but not so much in the master. The pool was nice and clean but we only were able to put our feet in it and didn’t have time to take advantage of swimming. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect mini vacation

The house was nice and had all the amenities we needed. Owner very responsive and allowed for early check in. Check in process was smooth, pool was good, the property was only a 6 minute drive to the airport and a 15 minute drive to the casino’s. Will definitely use this property again!

Good communication from host

This home is close to the strip and airport, but the neighborhood is in an older section of town. We did hear planes at night and the neighbors had a loud party one night, so sleep was interrupted.The pool is in need of repairs and the air hockey table is broken, but we were told by the host before we arrived.

le choix d'une belle location avec piscine pour préparer le retour en France était important, et la déception a été d'autant plus grande de ne pas pouvoir disposer de la piscine pour des raisons d'hygiène (immonde) ! Ajoutez à cela le lit king size 'broken', le lave-vaisselle 'not used' et l'impossibilité d'avoir un contact direct avec les propriétaires, et vous comprendrez ma colère. Mais je n'oublie pas un emplacement parfait, un appartement agréable et calme. D'où une appréciation modérée !

Disappointed

I am at odds because I cannot give you a positive review for the following reasons: Thursday, May 8th. Arrived expecting to cool off in the pool. It was so dirty. I emailed you and was told there had been stormy weather earlier in the week and a person would be out to clean the pool on Friday. It would have been better if you had contacted me so that we didn’t start our vacation on a disappointing note. After it was cleaned, It was much better but still dirty Towels: not great for drying off after a shower and worse for having to use for the pool. We booked for 5 adults and one child but we were just three adults. This would have meant doing laundry even more often because we had to use the bath towels for the pool. The couch: the springs were sprung and dirty with food so we could not sit in the living room. The air hockey game was coming apart. There were no remotes for the bedroom fans so could not operate the fans in the bedrooms. The filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced so we had to buy ice and water. We did enjoy the outside patio and the patio furniture. The stringed lights were nice. The beds were comfortable and  the home was clean.

Dirty pool, fans & lights don’t work

I am very familiar with VRBO rentals and I have never given below a 8/10. This is a definite 2/10. For the following reasons. 1. I had to ask for the check in info because I still didn’t have it 24 hours before we were arriving. 2. When we got there the light and fan in the master room didn’t work. 3. The fans in both the other room didn’t work either. 4. The pool so basically black on the bottom because it was so dirty. 5. The couch looks like it has been used for 15 years. It is lumpy and dirty. We didn’t even sit on it the entire time we stayed. When I asked how to get the fans to work they said they “weren’t sure how because they haven’t used it in a long time.” When I asked about the pool being cleaned so we can use it. They said “we had a wind storm the night before so they understand it will have leaves. They would have someone out in the morning.” I told them it’s dirt on the bottom. The cleaner came and said the tube is broken and he can’t clean the bottom. I told them and they said “ unfortunately this is a house not a hotel. The water quality is clean so I should be able to use it.” Ummmm. No. The water was NOT clean. The bottom of the pool was black. I did request a discount because we booked the house for the pool use. And we did get 175 back. THAT is why I gave a 2 /10 otherwise I would have given a 1/10. They said they were not going to be able to fix it anytime soon due to cost so I hope they tell future guests that the pool is broken.

Great house, good sized pool, great communication, 5 minutes from the airport. The bedrooms were goid sized, kitchen nicely stocked. Plenty of towels.

Great location & space

This was exactly what our family of 4 needed. Everyone had their own rooms & space. Check in was so easy. The location was the absolute best - so nice to be away from the strip at night, but be so close to drive or uber there. The outdoor space is awesome - just nice to relax by the pool & have that kind of space. Having coffee filters available was great - esp for that first morning when you arrive late. I agree with all reviews about the couch - sure it prob needs a new one, but it would NOT be a reason not to stay. We were hardly there & if we were, we were outside on the patio. The location is key!! Thanks for an awesome stay.

Great place! Close to airport, but didn't hear planes. Very cute with fabulous kitchen! We rented a vehicle so it was nice to park in the garage. Beds were comfortable. Would have loved to use the pool, but the weather did not cooperate. Maybe next time. All in all a great place to stay!
