  • Ottimo affare su un condominio completamente arredato 2 letti / 2 bagni a 10 minuti dalla strip. Questo condominio al piano superiore si trova in un bel quartiere, a pochi passi da negozi di alimentari. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ferri da stiro, assi da stiro e TV incluso il soggiorno. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size Cal e la camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano letto che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. Questo condominio dispone di Wi-Fi, cavo, lavatrice e asciugatrice, aria centrale e riscaldamento. La cucina è piena di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e caffè per la vostra convenienza. C'è un sacco di asciugamani e biancheria extra. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di asciugacapelli. La struttura dispone anche di due piscine e due vasche idromassaggio. C'è anche una palestra e club house. L'autostrada è a meno di 1 miglio che porta alla striscia o selvaggio e bagnato che è di venti minuti. L'aeroporto dista 18 km.

Nice place. Good location for going out to Red Rocks every day. Close to a lot of restaurants. I would recommend this place to visiting rock climbers.

Location was excellent - close to major highways, west of city so convenient to Red Rock Canyon, easy drive to Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire. The kitchen was well equipped and so it was nice to cook some meals after being on the road for the week. Most importantly it was quiet and the beds were so comfortable. After hiking all day, nice to have a comfortable and roomy condo to relax in. Liked eating dinner on the balcony.

This property is very worn, and in need of a rennovation. The carpet is old and dingy. The tub in the master bath is cracked to the point that we were worried that it would leak during showers. The dining table chair seats are so worn that you sink down and sit so low that it is uncomfortable to eat at the table. When we arrived, there was a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and no detergent for the dishwasher. To the credit of the owner and/or management group, they did correct this by the second day. This response is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2. The unit is functional. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked.

The condo was perfect for my BFF and I for 5 nights. It was very clean, no issues at all with check-in, and the location was great for us.

Remote Working & Hiking

Enjoyed the proximity to the mountains east of the city for hiking. Also not too far from the Strip, but far enough away to avoid it if you want.

It was a very charming condo. Everything was beautiful and clean. The only issue was that I was not aware that there were so many steps that led up to the unit. Also, we did not find out until the day before our arrival that the pool was being fixed thus not available. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional and very timely in responding.

Loved the layout. 2 bedrooms each with their own bath. Great for 2 couples. Communal kitchen and living room. Had washer & dryer. Lots of steps for great exercise. Needs a few upgrades but other than that it was great.

Quaint space

Perfect spot for 2-3 of your friends to kick back after a days work. Clean apartment. Quiet complex. Nice overall neighborhood/area. Lots of restaurants very close by. Recommend!

Just what we needed

We just needed something for our son’s hockey tournament. It was just what we needed. We weren’t there much except to sleep. But it was cute and close to the ice rink.

The place was below average. A little attention to detail would have been nice. Some wash cloths? Just one? Blinds in bedroom that worked? Odor upon entering? A drain stop in the bathroom sink? Perhaps, my standards are too high! I guess you get what you pay for.

I would give my stay a 5 due to the filthy carpet and dingy bathroom linen. The white towels had multiple stains and were old. Also, the bar stools' seats were peeling and the furniture was old and dusty. The place looks like it has been neglected. However, If the property had modern and clean floors linen, furniture and some TLC, I would give it an 8. The community was good.

The location and layout of the condo are fine; unfortunately it is poorly maintained. The dining table chairs need to be replaced; they are worn and very uncomfortable. Among the numerous maintenance issues: burnt out light bulbs, no sink stoppers in both the kitchen and bathrooms, no tub stopper in one of the bathtubs, no lids for any of the pots and pans, the deck table needs to be replaced (The top is warped). If the place were properly maintained I would give it a high rating, but not in its current condition.

It was quite dirty when we checked in. There were women's underpants on the couch, carpet not vacuumed, hair all over bathroom floor and shower. Carpet was old and stained. There were towels in the dryer but none were in the bathrooms. There were maintenance issues including cracked and gross-looking tub, missing light bulbs, missing drain stops, etc. There was no salt in the kitchen. Two pools and a hot tub were advertised but none were warm enough to use. Sauna was out of service. Grounds were dirty, lots of garbage spilled out of dumpsters and blowing around.

Comfortable & Quiet Condo close to the strip

Loved the location. Close to everything. Quiet. Very clean. Spacious for 2 plus people. Area of concern - one of the condo owners said the neighborhood has been going down a little bit over the last few years and we can see that. To be clear, the condo is fantastic! But there was never anyone in the office in the 2 months we stayed there. And we never saw security - not once. Over all - it was an absolute blast. And we cant thank the owners enough.

Nice condo

I needed a place to stay while I looked for a house to buy in this crazy market. This condo was very comfortable. The area was pretty nice; everyone I spoke to while walking my dog through the complex was very friendly. I was happy with my stay.

Perfect rental

The property was exceeded expectations. Everything was provided for a long term stay and ready on arrival. Commutation was excellent, I couldn’t ask for more. Clean, safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and host. A+ stay!
