Nuova ristrutturazione casa nel quartiere storico vicino alla striscia

Benvenuti nella nostra casa di vacanza personale! Io (Alex) ho appena terminato una ristrutturazione all'interno della casa e sto apportando gli ultimi ritocchi all'esterno, incluso un nuovo paesaggio.

La nostra casa a un piano di recente ristrutturazione è di oltre 2300 mq / piedi e dispone di tre (3) camere da letto e tre (3) bagni. La casa attualmente può ospitare 8 persone e dispone di un letto king size, un letto queen size, un letto matrimoniale, un futon matrimoniale e due letti singoli.

Abbiamo un responsabile del servizio clienti in loco che supervisiona la mia proprietà mentre sono fuori città ed è felice di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o dubbio tu possa avere.


La cucina è stata appena ristrutturata da zero. I ripiani in granito con ripiano in stile shaker di ciliegio poggiano su un pavimento in piastrelle di travertino di alta qualità. Anche tutti gli apparecchi in acciaio inossidabile sono nuovi di zecca.

Nel cortile c'è una piscina da 27 ', e recentemente ristrutturata nella vasca idromassaggio a terra. La cabina accanto alla piscina ha un bagno 3/4 con doccia.

Sono disponibili sedie reclinabili di livello commerciale per permetterti di prendere il sole comodamente. La piscina è circondata da una recinzione per proteggere bambini e animali domestici.

Per la tua ulteriore protezione, ho appena aggiunto un nuovo sistema di sicurezza che puoi inserire a casa o fuori casa e la password viene generata casualmente dal nostro responsabile del servizio clienti in loco per ogni nuovo ospite.

L'ampio patio posteriore coperto a bordo piscina ha un grill a gas incorporato, un lavandino e un tavolo e sedie da 4 in alto.

Cowboy Christmas Getaway

We used Lyft for getting around, a 5 min ride for things on the Convention Center and the North end of the strip. The kitchen is sparse on supplies compared to other places we have stated, (condiments, coffee, sugar etc…) The dishwasher was broken, (it wasn’t a big deal for us.) We didn’t use the pool, we had a few small issues with the spa, it is very shallow and small. It worked well for 2 people. All in all our stay was great and communication was good.

Great place to be able to get to the convention center

Great spot for a weekend getaway

We came for an event at the festival grounds, which was couple minutes away by Uber. House and pool in this quiet neighborhood was perfect for our group, and the host was very responsive.

Convenient and Quiet

Property met our expectations. We wanted to have a place to gather as a family that was quiet and convenient. This location did that. Deb was quite helpful. The pool although a little cold was a nice added touch.

Great adventure in Vegas

I was traveling with my college age boys. They didn’t know I rented a house w/pool - they assumed another hotel. We were not disappointed. The home was clean and as depicted. The floor plan is well laid out. Once my son realized we had a pool and house and not the hotel pool w/zillion screaming kids, he was the first one in and in for the longest. The appliances are modern. I cooked on the charcoal grill (I’m a master) on the patio and it was very yummy. Just a great experience where we got to connect as a family in an inviting and comfy and private lodging. I didn’t totally understand the on-site manager situation, but it makes perfect sense and we had total privacy and did not realize that existed at first. If we had had some issue, which we didn’t, she would have taken care right away. The guest book people (If forgot to sign that) praised her too. 5 stars

The property is great, it’s got great space, great amenities, host is fantastic, responds quickly to questions, photos do not due this space justice it is amazing. The pool and spa are perfect for a small or large group. Lots of games and things to do. Close to everything you will want to do. Has everything you will need for a comfortable visit.

Las Vegas Birthday Trip!

This property was great for our occasion. We had plenty of room to relax and plenty of space for people prepare for a night out in privacy. The space was close to the strip and made it where ride share arrived promptly and got you to your location usually in under 10-minutes. The only critique I have is that we were not advised that there was a caretaker who lived in an attached building which was alarming when a car pulled into the driveway and there was a person walking around. We had issues with the hot tub and pool warming up but the owner was easy to communicate with and allowed for a fix within a day. Overall I would rent this space again and hope to find places just as accommodating in the future.

Great for our family gathering

The home is in great condition, comfortably furnished and decorated nicely, with good linens and cozy beds. Alex was very accessible and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were clean and nicely heated for us, but the outdoor kitchen and patio area could have used a good wipe down. We also were unable to get the strings of yard lights to come on. A more detailed house manual would certainly be helpful. The only detractors inside were that the toilet in the master bath ran almost constantly, and we were never able to get hot water at the bathroom sinks, even though there was plenty of hot water coming from the showers and at the kitchen sink. The cleanliness of the house was great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have a family Thanksgiving dinner. All in all, we had a great time. Thanks Alex!

Wonderful location!

This property was perfect for our stay. Deborah (Who lives in the attached unit) was very friendly. The Hot tub heats up fast and was excellent for unwinding at the end of the day after walking around all day.

The pool was excellent. There were plenty of bed lining and towels. Tv in almost every room to entertain. There even was a cool arcade to mess around on! The grilling area was excellent. Plenty of spices for whatever you may want to cook. However my only real complaint would be the knifes. They seem to be very dull. But other than that is was fantastic.

Diamond in the rough

I was nervous at first driving to the property because you have to drive through a sketchy area to get there (run down, dirty, bars on windows, homeless people, etc.). However, the street the property is on is cute and well-maintained. The property is older but has been mostly updated at some point. The home has tons of charm and is decorated super cute! The backyard is a beautiful little oasis and we loved the private pool and hot tub. There's a game room with a foosball table and arcade game which we played every day. Overall we loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! The positives far outweighed the negatives - you can't change the run-down area you have to drive through on the way of course, but just a couple things that could be improved: the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and extremely saggy, and the toilet did not flush well. We still loved the property though and appreciated a quiet place to go that was only a few minutes away from all the Vegas action. Thank you!
