Relax with the whole family at this newly renovated peaceful place to stay. NO PARTIES, NO PET, NO EVENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS!! featuring a large & deep pool w/ covered patio seating (not heated), 10 Min. drive away from the strip with easy highway access situated in a very quite neighborhood near airport car rental. Newly remodeled house has 2 bed 2 bath, 2 queen size beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 guests. Covered 2-car garage, fully equipped kitchen makes it a perfect crib for small groups, families.

Fantastic Stay

The accommodations was perfect, the quiet neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for! What stands out the best for us, was the proximity to night life in Vegas and the proximity to touring the Grand canyon and other great sights we explored! I highly recommend this quaint place!

The property was cery nice and clean. Only exception was, all the windows and doors were unlocked except the front door. As a army and war veteran, security is high priority for me, so i locked them all.

WWWY Festival Weekend Stay

Maya & Turk were easy to communicate with. The property was clean and upgraded. It was a perfect spot to relax after a long music fest day. A dip in the pool made it all the better. Quiet neighborhood. We will be back in April to enjoy it again.

Perfect Haven

This VRBO house really was perfect for our stay! No matter which direction our adventures took us, we never had to drive far! Very clean, inviting and spacious, we had everything we needed! We thought the mattresses were a little lumpy feeling but the fabulous shower more than made up for it! (I’m on the hunt for a shower head like that for me)! And the management team perfectly hugged the line of being accessible and ready to help without interrupting our vibe!

Summer Vacation

We had a great, relaxing and fun time. The house and pool were clean, the owners were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything stated about the house was true, during the day we enjoyed our time in the pool and in the evening we enjoyed our time on the strip which was close to the house. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

Located super close to the LAS airport, strips and have plenty of restaurant options. Quiet neighborhoods and the house really clean. Kids love the pool so much and definitely will come back.

Just a few issues. Pool wasn't staying clean. Not sure if the pool vacuum was working. Patio door didn't latch. Vinyl floors were fairly dirty. Overall it was a nice place, quiet neighborhood. If we make it back that way we'd consider it.

UNLV graduation

Came up for UNLV graduation. Perfect for the 4 of us. Very close to the airport but surprisingly you can’t even hear the planes. Clean house and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our time there.

Very comfortable stay.

Very clean and tidy home. The kitchen was organized and easy to find what we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well kept. We appreciated the inflatable chairs/floatys to relax on in the pool. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe as I went for a few walks. This is also a great location being near the strip and airport. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

We loved the home! The decor! The colors! The nice tech to make it easy to charge our phones, the touch lamps, the beautiful bathrooms! It smelled so fresh and clean as soon as we walked in. We stay for a soccer tournament for our daughter and being able to cook and have an at home vibe and feel was not only wallet friendly but fun for us to be together in a place where it isn’t always child friendly. The owners were beyond friendly and available and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and meet all of our needs. We will definitely be back! Thank you for our first stress free and family fun friendly Vegas trip!
