Beautiful & Clean

I got this house for my family here celebrating my wedding. From the minute we walked in you can smell how clean it was. Everything was just how the listing had said. The neighborhood is very nice, it is close to a lot of different stores/food spots at just about 5-10min away. We ended up needing to stay an additional 2 nights and the host made it very easy to accommodate us and was a pleasure to communicate with. We will for sure be returning here ! Thank you !

Perfect location

The house was perfect for our needs. Family trip to the NHRA drag races and the house was in a great location not too far from Las Vegas speedway. Although we didn’t spend much time at the house due to our activities, the house was still great!

Interesting

The property and furnishings are old and could use updating. Our stay was uneventful. Would have been nice to be able to toss out trash, garbage can was loaded, outdoor furnishings were falling apart, dishes were cracked, again needs updating. Thanks!

Trip to Las Vegas

The property was just as it was posted on VRBO. The manager was very easy to communicate with. The 2 questions we had, he got back with us immediately. Our only suggestion would be to have ceiling fans or portable fans for both of the spare bedrooms, as they were very warm. Also a curtain or some kind of coverage for the main bathroom window as it was very warm in there in the am. We would definitely rebook when we come back.

only 15-20min drive to freemont street where you can take the tram thru the strip,to the high end resorts,and get away from all the people,good home base to see all the sites without being stuck downtown....

Relaxing vacation

Very clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay nice quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Had couple questions for property manager and was able to answer me in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back.

Spacious and clean in quiet neighborhood

Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood which is a plus. The house is clean & spacious & feels welcoming. Kitchen is equipped with basic appliances. Beddings, linens & toiletries are dated. Mattresses & futon are too soft & aren’t in good conditions. Some up-keeping in these areas would make a more comfortable stay.

Not Quite What I Hope For

My experience started with a request to change our reservation date due to coming down with COVID. After multiple communications with VRBO manager/owner they were unwilling to give a refund 7 days prior to arrival for COVID situation or apply/transfer fees already paid to a new date, but would give 50% off a new booking if I fully cancelled original booking (losing 3 nights of paid fees). It took 4 follow-up requests to get 50% money back from rebook. I had to ask for code to house to get in due to no new check-in info for rebooking, toilet pump not working so kept running unless we manually fixed it, ants in house, no trash bags made available other than 1 single in kitchen, broken dishwasher, left condiments in refrigerator from prior guests, trash across front of house had blown out of overfilled trash bins, which we picked up as we arrived. We booked from out of state to be near the UNMC hospital for a medical procedure for my mom and I was hoping for a better experience with a bit more compassion.

Amazing place! Highly recommend

We were a family of 5 adults. This place was spectacular. The location was really good - North Las Vegas but close enough to the strip to drive there in 20 mins or so. Big rooms, big beautiful kitchen with all the amenities. Great for families. Would definitely recommend. However, there was no pool table as per the listing (not a big deal because that wasn’t why we booked it, but it wasn’t there). Also, there wasn’t a hair dryer which was listed in the amenities. However, David said we could go out and buy one and he would reimburse us, so it was a quick and easy fix. David was very available and easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
