Questa bellissima casa per le vacanze recentemente rinnovata e lussuosa di 3000 mq si trova in un quartiere elegante vicino al meglio che Las Vegas ha da offrire. Questa casa espansiva vanta 5 camere da letto ben arredate e 3 bagni completi. Vicino alla Strip, un'uscita dall'aeroporto internazionale McCarren, dal Raiders Stadium, dal centro congressi di Las Vegas, da Town Square, dal lago Mead e molto altro ancora!

Questa casa immacolata trasmette lusso dentro e fuori con mobili di design, una moderna cucina completamente arredata con tutti i gadget di cui hai bisogno per cucinare un ottimo pasto. Rilassati nel cortile sotto il pergolato o nella piscina privata in stile resort mentre ti godi il barbecue incorporato e lo spazio da pranzo. La casa è circondata da ottimi ristoranti, supermercati, parchi, caffetterie e tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa.
La camera da letto principale ha un bellissimo ed estremamente comodo letto king size, una TV a schermo piatto, un ampio spazio di lavoro e un bagno privato. Poi ci sono due spettacolari camere da letto matrimoniali con TV a schermo piatto e due camere da letto aggiuntive con due letti matrimoniali per un totale di sette posti letto. Tutto è nuovo di zecca con lenzuola di lusso di fascia alta e bellissimi letti nuovi di zecca.

The house is very spacious, but also very cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet with grocery and restaurants close by. The Las Vegas Strip is a short Lyft ride away. We picked the perfect house for our family vacation!

False Advertising!

Unfortunately the backyard/pool area was not as advertised. This was a main reason for us booking this property for our family trip. The photos on the VRBO listing are completely different from what we experienced. The pool water feature and lights were not working. The outdoor furniture was completely different than the pics online. Just disappointing. The house was in good shape and the location was great for where we needed to go, but when you go to Las Vegas in June when it's 110 degrees you want the pool to be what it says it's going to be.
This was taken after the pool was cleaned while we were there.

Annual Reunion

Large house with lots of room. Great outdoor area. Pool was still a little cold but I imagine it’s great once the summer is full on. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful spacious home with lovely backyard

We greatly enjoyed our girls weekend at this property. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the bathrooms are clean and updated. The kitchen area is spacious although I wish there had been more silverware and basic kitchen supplies (bring your own salt and pepper). The owner Ashley was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, we did have a very negative interaction with the Property Manager, and I’m really hoping Ashley rethinks having him speak to clients. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially if you have a larger group. Very easily accessible to the airport and the strip.

Perfect property

Great property, easy check in and check out. Perfect stay for what we were looking for. Less than 15 minutes from the airport and the strip. Stayed with a group of 5 friends, all the bedrooms were great, the common spaces were fantastic for hanging out together, and the backyard had everything you could want.

Great neighborhood and host, beds were very comfortable. Great location. Love all the inside furniture. I do think the outdoor furniture could use upgrades and I would say the house is alot older than the pictures make it look. The house itself could use some upgrades for the price per night. Holes in the wall, cracks from paint, old carpet.

All four of us enjoyed our visit. The home was very comfortable and reasonably close to the events we had planned. For future guests, recommend providing at least one box of cleanix, napkins/paper towels and salt/pepper. We would definitely consider this home for another visit, possibly when the weather is warmer and the swimming pool not so cold.

Friends Weekend Reunion Getaway

Our group of 8 friends all left Chicago over 10 years ago to different parts of the US. While we have stayed in touch and portions of us had gotten together, this stay was the first time the entire group (6 stayed at house and 2 stayed in hotel but visited during day) have gotten together since Chicago. The home provided the perfect space for us to really visit and connect. The pictures provided an accurate representation of the house and amenities. The home was comfortable with good space inside and outside to allow for many hours of simply hanging out together and reconnecting. Within Henderson, the home is only a short distance away (10 min drive) from the District which has several restaurants and the Green Valley Ranch casino. The hosts generally were responsive once contacted unlike other VRBO hosts who took more initiative to reach out, provide info on the area as well as access codes normally at least 24 hours ahead of stay. I would definitely recommend for groups/ families looking for a place to be together when not engaging in activities.

Great House

We brought a group of eight together from around the country to Henderson and had a wonderful time at the house. It is a beautiful house (with a pool table and pool!!!). We really enjoyed the back deck. It is conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants, and I215. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Wonderful, quiet space for an alternative Las Vegas stay

If this is my chance to publicly praise this rental, the least I can do is be honest: The property is immaculate, very-well kept, and cleaner than my own house! The kitchen is well-appointed, as well as the outdoor space (including that grill!) by the pool. You will surely envision yourself living in this level of luxury full time. It’s a space meant for relaxation and enjoyment. It is a QUIET neighborhood, with groceries and restaurants close by, but you’re only 12 minutes away from the Strip. You can grill and chill by the pool, but after dark - let the peace and quiet of the desert wash over you in this tranquil space. Ashley is an incredible host, and she takes special care to provide her guests with an exceptional experience. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms and clean linens are plentiful, and it’s far away from the crowds on the Strip. Our stay was for a small reunion of 4 college buddies who’ve been friends for 30 years. It was a wonderful space for us to use as basecamp for 3 strange days near Las Vegas. We made some new memories in Henderson, Boulder City and beyond, and I hope you will too!
