This was definitely a great option to have as an extended stay to be able to cook and do your laundry. Was very clean with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Master bed was very comfortable only down side was there is not available closet space besides a small armoire that a full size hanger will not fit in. Definitely recommend over staying in a hotel great food and shopping nearby.

Perfect Soccer rental

Place was amazing, very clean, close to food, shopping and multiple soccer complexes. Nice neighborhood, would definitely stay again. Owner Andre was very nice!

Pool never opened

The seasonal pool did not open during my stay (May 25- June 7), and it was one of the reasons I booked the place. It was conveniently far enough from the Strip that I did not have to hear noise from there but was close enough to go to a concert.The pictures are accurate.One thing not mentioned in the description is that the owner keeps his clothes in the dresser drawers and food in the refrigerator and pantry.

We were not able to access the property and the contacts provided were surly at best. I woud check out the neighborhood ahead of time if you plan to stay there.This is the first negative review I have made on VRBO. Up until now, our experiences have been first rate. We will use VRBO again.

I enjoyed my stay. The trip was short and busy through the day so it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable space. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchens and bathrooms were fresh and clean. I arrived at night and got lost. I was able to get immediate support and directions to the condo. Codes were easy to use.

Lovely quiet Vegas retreat

This place was perfect for my friend and I who wanted a quieter retreat away from the strip. It’s in a convenient location with quick access to any main Vegas attractions but without the noise and traffic of busier areas. Cleanliness was superb as well. Would definitely stay again.

Quite Area

This property was perfectly located for the activities that we had planned for our stay. Even with it being the Memorial Day weekend the area was quiet. Access to the property was very easy and the guest contact, Andre was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We don’t go to Las Vegas very often but would definitely choose this property again in the future.

Nice and quiet condo . Very clean and comfortable. Its close to a alot of stores . Not to far from the Vagas Strip. The property owner was very reachable when needed. Would stay again.

Overall, we loved it

The only issue we had was not having a code to get in which was resolved quickly from a phone call. The place was spatious and generally clean. The tub was amazing. I would stay there again. Especialy for the great price.

Clean and convenient. Residential and short-term rentals in complex, no resort amenities in patio or pool areas so not really usable to guests. Definitely an apartment vibe with children and families around. Cooking/eating wares minimally equipped. Overall we’d certainly stay again.

Upon arrival found the unit to be clean and inviting. Spacious. Excellent internet access.

Very positive. Could use a toaster. Would book it in the future if it is available. Location good, but were visiting a relative who was a little further away than I thought. Again, a positive experience.

I mainly booked Andre's place for the pool, and I know it said seasonal, but I thought it would be open by Memorial Day. It was not, and when I left on June 7 it was still not open. Andre did not seem interested in finding out when it would open. The apartment was nice; although the temperature was set on 81 degrees the fans helped keep the apartment cool. I had the same experience as others, I had to send a picture of my driver's license to Andre, which I have never had to do with any other VRBO rental. Andre did send me the codes promptly. One thing not mentioned in the description is that Andre has clothes in the dresser drawers and food in the refrigerator and pantry.

Convenient Alternative to a Strip Hotel

We were visiting Las Vegas for an event at Allegiant Stadium and I wanted a place off The Strip. The place had everything we needed including a convenient parking space. One person in our party has mobility issues so it was nice to have a short walk to the place and no stairs. The area is great for shopping and restaurants, and the 20 minute drive to the airport and Allegiant Stadium was no problem. The property management company was very easy to work with.
