Please note that being close to downtown Vegas means you may occasionally see homeless individuals in the area. However, we’ve never had any safety issues, and for guests looking for a budget‑friendly option for a short trip or quick stay, this home is a perfect choice. You’ll be near the action and attractions while still enjoying an affordable and comfortable stay House is 2 mins away from what is showing on the maps No extra guests or visitors allowed. No Party allowed! Street parking ONLY, pls make sure to read signs *cameras are placed in outdoor common areas (front door) for security. **No Dryer ** NO microwave Check in is 5PM Check out is 10AM Early check in and late check out can be arranged for an extra charge and depends on availability Guests not included on the reservation is not allowed, need to add them upon booking ( extra charge apply) We keep all communications on the app as much as possible. If there will be any issue, please feel free to message us and we will respond to it as soon as we read it. We might be offline from 12 midnight onwards but we will get back to you as soon as we see your messages. We provide initial supplies only; restock as needed at local stores. Included items: Dish soap (no laundry detergent) Hand soap Bath towels (2 per bed) (no washcloths) Shower gel (no shampoo) 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen 1 trash bag in the kitchen (no extras) No cleaning supplies

THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM VRBO

The closer we got to the property, the more nervous we became with the surroundings. The only nice thing i can say about this property is the host was VERY responsive. I have nothing else good to say. We ended up NOT staying here due to the unsafe surroundings. The host contacted me about 8:00pm re: our music being to loud. Our flight didn't make it in from Washington, DC until 11:15pm due to delays. So either it was someone in our unit or around our unit playing loud music. The property and street is not well lit, so that's a safety issue. Neighbors know about this place, that's a safety issue. There were random people walking around. One of them even walked up to our vehicle and tried to pull on our door. That was good enough for me. We left and NEVER stayed here. We never got out of our car. We're from out of town here for a wedding. We couldn't get a hotel at midnight so we called our nephew that was getting married and slept on his floor and couch for the night. Because of the contract, we were not able to get our money back. In good faith, knowing we never even got out of our car, we should have been reimbursed something.

AVOID - surrounded by homeless encampments, very unsafe neighborhood

Beware, there are no exterior photos for a reason! Please avoid this place!! We weren’t given the address until after money was nonreundable, and we drove up to a crumbling small apartment with a yard littered in trash and surrounded by homeless encampments and individuals living in abandoned cars. Poor lighting outside, nowhere safe to park, groups of people standing under the few street lights blocking the chainlink fence entrance. I tried messaging the host several times and didn’t recieve responses until after midnight. We have young kids and there is no way we were staying here overnight. After no response from the host, we drove off and had to pay more to find another hotel. Save yourself the stress and don’t book this!
