Please note that being close to downtown Vegas means you may occasionally see homeless individuals in the area.



However, we’ve never had any safety issues, and for guests looking for a budget‑friendly option for a short trip or quick stay, this home is a perfect choice.



You’ll be near the action and attractions while still enjoying an affordable and comfortable stay.



No extra guests or visitors allowed.



No Party allowed!



House is 2 mins away from what is showing on the maps



Street parking ONLY, pls make sure to read signs



*Cameras are placed in outdoor common areas (front door) for security.



Check in is 5PM Check out is 10AM Early check in and late check out can be arranged for an extra charge and depends on availability Guests not included on the reservation is not allowed, need to add them upon booking ( extra charge apply)



We keep all communications on the app as much as possible.

The pictures are blurry on purpose

This place is so sketchy. There is no way you want to stay here. The parking area had several homeless digging through the dumpsters and garbage everywhere. Definitely didn’t feel safe. Also the apartment smelt like someone just took a dump. Beds weren’t terrible.

A place to sleep, but that was it.

Upon pulling up, it was not the most appealing area. Dark and not exactly secure feeling. A ride share driver described it as “elm street”. Then walking in, all we noticed were damages. Holes in the walls, doors broken, (the owner even mentioned the previous person broke a window during their stay). I went to reach for the fan and the entire remote fell off of the wall. The bathrooms and kitchen were actually pretty nice, but I genuinely didn’t feel comfortable leaving my belongings while I was gone. I tried to communicate the issues and all of the damages to the owner, and they didn’t seem too concerned as if that was normal. Neighbors were extremely loud until the late hours of the night. Mornings were fine. Beds weren’t crazy comfortable, and we did check for bedbugs first just in case. Dust and dirt all over the walls. Like I said… it was a place to get some rest (when it wasn’t loud), but I definitely would not stay again.

Great place for the price

Down in Vegas for an adult softball tournament and booked this property. It was not horrible and it was a place to shower and sleep so it met our needs well. Couple of things It will not sleep 15 as listed when i booked (luckily we only had 5) Throw in sine dishwasher tabs and laundry pods!!

Worst Host Ever

Do not rent this place. Was woken up in the middle of the night with someone entering the apartment. Turns out the host double booked. The host also use the same door code for all the apartments. Host gaslight us and said this never happened even though they eventually admitted it. This could have turned out really bad and it all comes down to just trying to make a quick buck and not caring about people’s safety. Verbo should not allow these host to list on their site as this is a bad look for them. Oh yes, almost forgot to mention the host accused us of stealing! We were moving out our own belongings! Do not rent!

Property was dirty blood stains everywhere. We did not stay we left an hour after being there. We felt unsafe air did not work in the bedrooms.
