Great getaway spot!
Loved this clean, comfortable, stylish property an easy drive away from the Vegas airport. Loved the hot tub and walkability to little restaurants across the lake. Only disappointments were that the main TV does not have WiFi to access streaming apps and the beds were too squashy for our middle-aged backs! But the well-appointed kitchen and big bathtub were appreciated and we loved having evening cocktails and morning coffee on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Great condo/ok location
The condo was lovely. Well furnished with everything you could need. Beautiful view of the pool and lake. Really comfy porch and deck furniture. The only slight drawback to the condo is the shower pressure but that is not unexpected for a condo. I had read on some posts and sites before going that the Lake Las Vegas area was like a ghost town. And it really is. Many of the shop space is vacant. Some of the places may be closed for the season. But others were clearly just vacant. There was a very limited selection of open restaurants to choose from and 2 of 3 we tried were pretty awful. However, Luna Rossa was amazing. We ate there multiple times. The location is very convenient to the Lake Meade Recreational Area and some spectacular drives and hikes in the Valley of Fire. Overall it was a really nice vacation. There just seems like so much potential in that area not yet capitalized on. However that did make for some good relaxing time and no real crowds. Definitely a positive.

Location very convenient and quiet. Could use some TLC. Carpet is stained. Bed frame squeaked to the point it impacted sleep. Floor Lamp missing bulb, and switch did not work. Sliding door to balcony was missing locking mechanism, we purchased a bolt style lock, which we left at the property. Shower heads and shower doors need some attention.

Romantic getaway
Very friendly and responsive mgmt. Clean, bright and comfortable unit. Good amenities and very quiet. Great views, easy walking to restaurants and shops. Such a pleasant alternative to staying on the Strip, but only a 20-30 minute drive if needing to go into Vegas. Definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful; it's new and kept very well. The space was very comfortable and the balcony views are amazing! All of the furniture, including balcony furniture, was very comfortable. The balcony door did not lock which in the grand scheme of things wasn't a big deal as we felt very safe in our building and the surrounding areas. None of the TV apps worked, just live TV.

Lovely condo in scenic quiet location
This condo was well maintained. The bedrooms are small but adequate. Our two kids shared a bedroom with one twin bed and one trundle bed. The trundle bed was not set up when we arrived and we struggled a bit to figure out how to set that up. In the future, I think we would ask to have that bed set up before our arrival (particularly because we arrived late in the evening and were exhausted. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we had ample space in the living and dining room. There is a small outdoor balcony overlooking the pool in the lake. It was lovely to sit out here in the mornings, drinking coffee, or in the evenings having a glass of wine. The location was perfect for us as we did not want to be near the strip. It is relatively easy to access the strip, but you feel like you’re in a different world. There are some restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We tried an Italian restaurant, which was quite good. Communication with the property managers was excellent. They responded very quickly and I felt like they would be available if we had had an issue. There is a gym on site which my daughter used and seemed to enjoy. We all used the pool and the hot tub which were lovely. Pool towels are not provided. So keep that in mind.

Beautiful place but need an upgrade on beds.
Very beautiful condo but the only issue was the beds were very uncomfortable, the beds needs an upgrade really bad. I booked for three nights but left sooner because we couldn't sleep at all. The master bed mattress was very saggy and sank in the middle. It has like a big dip and just made our backs hurt really bad and couldn't rest at all. The twin beds were really bad as well. We just couldn't stay another night cause we were so tired since we couldn't sleep at all, we were not on our 100% . I booked for three nights but stayed for two, because we just couldn't stay another night sleeping on those uncomfortable beds. Other than the beds the place itself its beautiful..

The property was beautiful and very convenient. The property is very spacious and well kept. Parking was easy and there are tons of places to take a run or go for a walk. Bridge access to shops and dining and the lake view is second to none. We will definitely be back.

First Class!
Wow, this condo exceeded our expectations. The pics are awesome, and it is just as awesome and comfortable condo as the pics, with a great view of Lake Las Vegas. We had never been to Lake Las Vegas and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo is next level clean and has everything you need to cook and chill. Both bathrooms are spacious and private. The area is safe and quiet. We are from SW Florida and not use to a desert environment. It was awesome!! No humidity:), are u kidding me!! We will be back soon and often.

Condo was great! I just wish the balcony was a lot cleaner, not vacuumed just leaves dust and bugs dead or alive just messy everywhere on the balcony, couldn’t wrap my head around all the cobwebs during our stay. Somewhat cleaner inside. Found used masks in a few places just disposed of everything properly. Aside from that being on other side of the lake was my first time trying it out that way. That was a nice suprise. Great walk ways etc.

Beautiful Condo with Lake View
This condo has everything needed to make a very comfortable stay. As a family of 5, it worked out great for us. Just a walk across the bridge to the village, you have the market, several restaurants and even gelato. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, big selection of movies and even a few card games. I think the only thing missing was extra blankets and a vacuum since there is carpet. Book your stay here!!

The condo was beautiful, clean and ideal for my family. Why I picked the property honestly was for the inflatable obstacle course which we found to be done because of construction. Sounds silly to make a vacation decision on just that, but a large selling point for my teenage children was this water sports. It would have been nice to know. Overall, great village and lake!

Everything we needed was at our finger tips. All the appliances were new and in great working order. The view off the balcony was beautiful. A view if the lake and the pool and some mountains. It was a short walk ovee to the village where we ate and drank. The Italian restaurant was exceptional. They had a great Rose from France. All good.

Gorgeous condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The inside is beautiful and fully equppied. The couch and furniture were very comfortable and well maintained. The view from the balcony is stunning. The in unit laundry machine does work, however, it takes a very long time to dry clothing. Because we stayed a decent amount of time I just went and used the laundry room in the basement and the machines were clean and fast. The only other suggestion I would make would be to organize the things in the cabinet a little better. Every cabinet was full and we had to keep our dry groceries on the counter the whole time; and we had a long stay so it would have been nice not to keep everything out the whole time. Other than that, which is a small non issue really, just suggestion, the condo was great.

Property was clean and met expectations. Check-in process excellent. Pool area nice. Walking distance to small market, which was surprisingly not overly priced. Beds were as advertised and comfortable, but smaller than expected. Shower heads could use replacing, pressure and style not conducive to a good hot shower. Would recommend to others.

Loved the "resort lifestyle," this place offers. Top notch restaurants, jazz clubs, outdoor dancing, quiet walks, warm summer breeze, beautiful views both day and night. All the customized golf carts made us jealous! All within walking distance.

This condo is very well decorated. The carpet feels super thick and clean. I loved the magnifying mirrors in the bathroom. The condo feels very light and bright. It is very close to the bridge to walk over to the village (just a few minutes walk). I would stay here again.

Great Property Pros and Cons
The location and space is perfect. Lake Las Vegas is a very cool little resort with bars, restaurants, activities and a grocery store. This property was great with just a few shortcomings but they should not prevent one from staying here. The property is clean but needs a real deep clean as it seems it’s been beat to death by past guests. Baseboards are hammered and could use a coat of paint. The carpets are white and have a lot of stains on them. Both shower heads are worthless. They need to be replaced as there is zero water pressure and half the valves don’t have any water coming out of them - prob due to calcium buildup. One note - bring K-cups if you are a coffee drinker. The main coffee maker does not have a carafe so all you can do is single serving with a drip or there is a keurig. Either way no bulk coffee making. Communication was quick and informative; however, we literally could not check in until 4pm on the dot. I’ve stayed in a lot of places that I’ve been able to check in earlier but I get that check in time is 4 and that was held to. A little inconvenient as it was literally 115 degrees and we had just purchased groceries and needed to get them refrigerated. I thought 3:30 would have been a reasonable check in but it is what it is. Overall a good stay and appreciated the hospitality.

Perfect getaway
Beautiful, modern, spacious, well-equipped and quiet with direct view of the pool area and lake Las Vegas activities across the lake. Well appointed lanai (deck) that gets the AM sun; however the furniture is a bit bulky which makes it hard to maneuver if you’re more than 3 adults trying to jockey the space. The pool area was clean & great (No mask required) but due to state mandates the jacuzzi spa area was closed, so that’s a bummer for those who like the hot tub area. Will definitely choose this place again!

Pretty Much what every VRBO should be
My brother rented a unit with the same floorplan in the neighboring building and the experience was night and day. Our check-in process was great as all information was delivered in a timely manner. I even got photos of which door to enter which helped tremendously when you arrive late at night and it's still 98F out. There are hotel style luggage carts if you can find one to help you take your personal items in and out. This unit was bright and airy. Furnishings, decor and kitchen equipment were great. On the other hand, my brother had to chase his property manager down 20 hours before check-in for the details. His unit was dark and felt tight and honestly didn't feel comfortable. What a difference a decor and color scheme can make! The kitchen was well stocked as every VRBO should be for a self-sufficient COVID-19 stay. We roasted a chicken, made steaks, mac & cheese, smoothies, french toast, baked brownies. Only equipment you might miss is a large stock pot and a wok for large sautees. If you're into baking a birthday cake as my wife did, you will need those round tins and your mixer. Other than that it's hard to think of anything else. Flatware & plates were delightful.... We had a couple of issues with some of the light fixtures, I presumed the light bulbs had burned out but we didn't miss them too much so I didn't bring it up until the end. (Another point, the bulbs are warm white here as opposed to the cool white bulbs in my brother's unit which I personally dislike.) The advertised cable TV wasn't functioning despite calling the staff so it was fortunate I brought my own fire TV stick. The WiFi password works throughout the two towers and pool area which was nice. Bath & pool towels were plentiful. The washing machine & dishwasher were excellent. Bedrooms a bit on the small side but great as a vacation spot. The area is quiet and beds very comfortable at night. To sum it up, this unit is how I would furnish my vacation home if I had one. The hosts have just about thought of everything. It was a great relaxing time for our family of four which we really needed as we dive back into distance education for our children.

Perfect Spot Off The Strip
This is a really nice property if you are looking to stay off the strip. The amenities are very nice and the area has a lot to offer to include some decent restaurants. Raymond and David did a fantastic job in all correspondence. I would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous condo
The unit is perfectly equipped and beautiful. The washer/dryer is a nice bonus. Only issue is parking. Very limited parking in front of the building and no clear directions to go to the parking garage or how far away that really is. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay and would definitely go again.
