This is a gorgeous 4 bedroom home with a private sparkling pool in backyard! About less than 2 miles from the timeless excitement and endless attractions that The Strip has to offer! Amenities such as High Speed Wi-Fi, pool table, outdoor grill, etc.! Cozy and spacious for our guests in the home. Conveniently located within minutes to various restaurants, shops and grocery store. You can see strips from backyard. This is the perfect house for your stay in Las Vegas! (no heater pool and no hot tub)

The house as a whole was clean but to the standard that I expected after paying an extra 100 to get in early. There was clean but dirtyand dingy looking white towels and face clothes left for us, empty bottles of advertised body washes and shampoo bottles, the shower in the master had build up of conditioner and men’s shower gel running down the walls, windowsills on the pool area were layered in dust, expected a working hot tub which looked like it was broken for awhile due the condition of the spa low water and a broken piece on top of the unit. 1 low air floater with no pump, no light s for the pool at night. These things were advertised with no mention of things not running. The location of the home is not in a good neighborhood. It was a good location to the airport and the the Univ. of Las Vegas where the event was but I can not recommend this as a high rated place to stay. Sorry but I reached out to the owner showing disappointment but received no response.

Thick dried on bathing products running all the way down the back wall of shower and floor, this was not cleaned from the last guests. I realize we asked for early check in but we paid $100 extra for that

Nice pool & location

The only down fall is that it does not sleep 10 people rather it sleeps 4 couples, two singles and an air mattress for one or two and this isn’t listed on the website. The description could be more straight forward. I booked this for a group of guys having a reunion. I wouldn’t rebook for this group. I would book for a small family trip or a smaller group of people. Overall- the stay was fine.

Quiet and close to Vegas Strip

Ken was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location was great! We were able to easily commute to the strip for the shows and shopping and then escape to the quiet neighborhood to get some rest. Loved using the pool and pool table.

Great stay!

We had a lovely time, would stay here again on my next vegas trip. Plenty of room for people to stay, short uber/taxi to the strip / fremont street, nice backyard for grilling and hanging out with a good view of the Vegas skyline. Kenny the host was very helpful and communicative whenever we needed anything.

Ken was a very receptive owner. When we were having trouble with the TV, he personally came to the place and fixed it. Location is good. Very walkable neighborhood. Great Mexican restaurant around the corner. The house could use some activities, (cards, puzzles etc)

It was Okay

The location was relatively close to the strip, but the neighborhood could be better. The house was generally clean, though some dust was noticed on the floor and beds. A deep clean of all the bedding would be appreciated. The bathroom fan is quite noisy, and a fresh interior paint job could significantly enhance the overall experience. The guest bedroom downstairs is extremely cold as there is no heating in that room.

Great house and location!

The house was perfect for our stay! Great location near the convention center and close to the strip. The house had everything we could possibly need ready for us on arrival. We loved the view of the strip from the backyard! Ken, the owner, communicated with us very well and had reasonable expectations. Our only regret is that we were so busy working we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool!
