Panorami mozzafiato del villaggio e del lago di Las Vegas dal tuo condominio al 6 ° piano. A cinque minuti a piedi si arriva al villaggio sul lungomare dove troverete ristoranti, un negozio di alimentari e sentieri per passeggiate lungolago. Le attività acquatiche includono kayak, paddle boarding e canottaggio o per coloro che amano fare shopping, sei a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro commerciale Galleria. Un giorno o una sera sulla Strip di Las Vegas è a soli 30 minuti di auto o il campo da golf a 18 buche di Reflections Bay è giusto nella tua comunità. Goditi splendidi tramonti sul lago o sul tuo balcone privato. Godrai sicuramente tutto ciò che il lago di Las Vegas ha da offrire. NESSUN RESORT NASCOSTO O TASSE DI PARCHEGGIO.

Il nostro condominio è completamente attrezzato per un soggiorno di 3 notti o un mese. Abbiamo un letto king size nuovo di zecca in camera da letto con lenzuola confortevoli e un piumone e una TV in camera da letto e soggiorno.

La cucina è attrezzata con oggetti di uso quotidiano per preparare un pasto e cenare o fare uno spuntino a pranzo e gustare uno degli ottimi ristoranti del villaggio. Abbiamo fornito alcune caffettiere e te 'di tè Keurig per il tuo primo caffè del mattino, ma la drogheria della stagione nel villaggio prepara anche un eccezionale latte o cappuccino. Abbiamo lasciato un paio di acque e bibite nel frigo per aiutarti. Il nostro scaffale del vino è fornito con alcune bottiglie di vino e vi chiediamo di gustare un vino, sostituire un vino! Siamo sempre interessati a provare il gusto preferito di qualcun altro.

Abbiamo fornito alcuni shampoo / balsamo / crema e saponi per il tuo primo paio di notti e c'è un asciugacapelli nel cassetto del bagno per il vostro uso. Per soggiorni di breve durata vengono forniti anche tessuti, carta igienica e asciugamani di carta. Gli asciugamani per la piscina sono forniti nel piccolo armadio sul muro dietro la porta del bagno.

Nice Property

The property is nice and the check in process went smoothly. The unit is nice and comfortable. One major challenge is there is no storage to put clothes away. There is a lovely armoire in the bedroom that is locked. There are two nightstands and a closet but that is not adequate clothes storage. This might not be bad if it is a short stay but we were there for 8 days so it was not convenient living out of suitcases for that long. We probably won’t stay again unless the host made storage available.

Great property. Great location. Wonderful Condo.Had a fantastic holiday.One suggestion, matress topper would be fantastic. While it is a perfectly fine king-size matress, new one that it is, it is quite firm. Extra firm actually. Please be aware that the bed pillows are down stuffed and while there are substitutes, those substitutes are a bit aged and worn.

Great View, Amenities, but no drawers and a very heavy chandlier

The location was stunning and impeccably clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen met all our needs perfectly. The village itself is absolutely enchanting! However, there was a significant drawback. A large, locked armoire in the bedroom left us with no space to store our clothes, aside from the hangers in the closet. Consequently, we had to live out of our suitcases. Moreover, there's a chandelier as heavy as an anchor hanging quite low. I stood up from the table and hit my head on it, resulting in a bump that lingered for nearly ten days! No exaggeration! I would not return to this place. It was our first disappointing experience with VRBO.

Great views!

We stayed here for four nights while we explored the area for a possible future move. This condo is on the top floor of the building and the views of Lake Las Vegas are spectacular. The warm sunrise off the lake made for a wonderful start to the days. The location was so convenient to access the restaurants and shops in The Village, although there aren’t a lot. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom towels were great quality.

Joyce was flexible with us getting in the unit which was very clean. The view is excellent. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in the unit and enjoyed it even more this time. We will be back!!!

Almost perfect Is done getting any better?

Overall, it was very enjoyable. My suggestion, however, is to get drawers so we don’t have to live out of our suitcase. The light above the dining table did not work. The light above the entrance to the apartment stayed on 24 seven, and the light in the bathroom flickered by the mirror. As a sidenote And this is personal preference. I did not like the concrete benches and table outside. I would’ve preferred chairs. You can lean back on and get a little sun. It didn’t feel comfortable to eat out there. Please don’t think we didn’t enjoy ourselves because we did the view as you enter the apartment is absolutely spectacular And everything is very well stocked thank you so much. We would consider coming here next year as well.
